Nice property. One issue was the room AC was saying it was 69 but it was rather hot in the room. Other than that a very nice and unique place.

Jennifer at the front desk is very helpful and nice.

Amazing

Definitely enjoyed my stay at the Eliza Jane. However there wasn't a microwave in my room so I walked to a corner store to warm up my take out. Also the toilet bowl seat in my room was stained. I think its time for a new toilet seat. Otherwise I loved my stay. Also Corey at the front desk was very helpful and gave great recommendations.

The Eliza Jane is probably the nicest place we’ve ever stayed…when taking into consideration the room we were in and the restaurant and bar. The location was also wonderful…quiet but very walkable to Bourbon Street and Jackson Square.

Overall, we had a lovely stay. With the exception of one valet person, who seemed to really dislike her job, the service from the other valets and front desk people were wonderful. We paid a resort fee and that was not worth it. They gave us two tokens for complimentary drinks at the bar and when we went to use them, they were for one specific drink. I tried it, it was terrible. The bartender was nice but I feel like he has to be the bearer of bad news with those tokens. They should tell guests the tokens are for a signature cocktail so people aren’t disappointed. Otherwise, cute decor and (mostly) nice employees.

This hotel is unparalleled in its offerings. It's beauty is unparalleled. It's a hotel from a dream. The pictures posted do not do it justice. I loved the high ceiling rooms! Room service is second to none! There is an "inner styled courtyard" which is stunningly priceless in its beauty, secludedness, and offerings. The hotel is elegant, quaint, and classy. I have been to many 4 and 5 star hotels including all-inclusive ones in different countries. This hotel tops them all. The staff was amazing. We were given transportation cards which was really helpful in helping us navigate the city. This is my hotel of choice by default whenever I return to New Orleans! I absolutely LOVED it! Thank you Eliza Jane for making my stay most memorable.

Great property with very friendly staff. Walkable to Canal Street shops, Bourbon Street, plenty of restaurants. The WW II Museum is an easy 10 walk straight down Magazine Street too. Vintage vibe at the hotel with many comfortable common areas to hang. Great bar with knowledgeable/friendly bartenders. I would stay again without hesitation.

My second stay confirmed that this is becoming my home away from home in New Orleans. It’s comfortable, convenient, substantial yet not stuffy. At every turn, the service is top-notch and the sense of welcome is palpable.

Hotel was beautiful. Location was perfect. The staff was super helpful. They have a ton of space to set up and work for the afternoon. The restaurant and bar are both top notch. The staff at the restaurant was extremely helpful and had great recommendations.

Everything was great. We did find someone’s underwear underneath the closet stand other than that it was wonderful. They valet was nice and the bar and restaurant were awesome.
