The people who ran this hotel should not be in the hospitality business. We overslept and awoke to knocking at our door. It was almost 11:00 AM, checkout time. We got to the front desk at 11:02. They told us we were late checking out and they were not going to return our $100 cash deposit. If we checked out at that minute they would only return $25.00. We took the room another night so the $75 they were going to keep anyways wouldn’t be for nothing. We were 2 minutes late. It was outrageous. There were no towels in our room; you had to ask for some. Also no phones in the rooms. The bed was very nice. The remote control to the TV didn’t work. This is somewhere you might stay if you had no other choice. The owners are

I think this property needs an upgrade urgently!

IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES!!! Please don’t stay here it’s so horrible it’s non refundable and you have to put a 100 dollar deposit. For the price that I paid it’s not even worth it that room with 2 beds wasn’t worth 70 dollars but I had to stay I couldn’t get my money back. They have a super 8 right next door stay there I wish I would have. They don’t clean it’s filthy the door in the restroom was broken the lights didn’t work the ac wasn’t great EVERYTHING was bad.

Sketchy people outside property and in stair ways. Walk up 3 floors because they shut off elevator.

Very kind, room well kept and spacious.

Phone didn't work in the room. The bath tub was slippery when my wife got in the shower she slipped and fell. When I talked to front desk they said tub are supposed to be slippery. They said manager will be in in the morning the next morning they said he is hardly there he will not be back until the 20th. Customers service 0. My wife has a burse on her thigh from falling. I got in the shower and it was slippery I wash it down with hot water and a towel to clean it and be able to shower without falling. Still don't have not received a call from management

I had bad experience this week. Hope it gets better next week. Will keep you updated ppl.

Not bad place to stay rooms were ok area is not bad

I didn’t stay longer than 30 minutes. A bug ran across the floor and that was it. I advised the front desk girl and I did not get a refund nor my deposit. I will never stay there.

Well, plain and simple I’ve been traveling my whole career for the last 40+ years and truly that was my worst hotel. I’ve stayed in and I’ve stayed in some bad ones advice don’t check in.

We found the hotel staff friendly and welcoming. The rooms are a good size with comfortable beds and all the facilities you might need. The rooms are clean and tidy. We would stay again if we pass this way in the future.

Room there was perfect

Paint peeling off bathroom wall, bath/shower usable if you’re 4 feet tall. Bed headboard material falling apart! No coffee maker in room, window drapes in poor working condition. Bed unmade, only two standard size pillows. No channel card for TV view. Desperately needs remodeling! Breakfast is a joke! A few slices of cheap white bread, a few cheap rolls; no creamers for coffee…. Coffee pot filthy! Differently would NOT stay here again!

Headboards have rips but it's a chill place to stay a night in town. It's my go-to place in Bakersfield. The maintenance guy is awesome and keeps a watch on the property and cars well. Decent place.

Never stay there. Sheets are all stained, pillows dirty and flat. Carpet has many stains. My door handle was broken. Bathroom sink leaks floor all wet in am

This is in a very unsafe and sketchy neighborhood. The people that run it is very nice but due to the amount of homeless/drug addicts hanging around it, feels very unsafe. It smells really bad like cigarettes even with the window open... Carpet was grossly stained. I wouldn't recommend especially if you're staying alone as a woman.

Creo que pueden mejorar y remodelar las instalaciones, ya que son instalaciones viejas o descuidadas; la limpieza de las habitaciones es muy pésima no avisan al huesped que necesitas avisar en recepción si quieres que aseen tu habitación de lo contrario no realizan la limpieza que se supone debería ser todos los días que te hospedes con ellos, el desayuno que ofrecen esta muy escueto y en cantidad insuficiente para todos los huespedes.
