Even though we had an issue with the toilet, we were able to change rooms for the night. The room was very well-lit, comfortable, had plenty of charging stations, and would be perfect for a family with small children (the love seat pulls out into a double bed). Breakfast had plenty of choices, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. 10/10 on this one!

Great location and services for a reasonable price!

Overall good stay. Elevator button needed fixed but staff was prompt to fix since worked fine in morning. Breakfast could have had more selection. Bed comfort and room condition was excellent.

This place is pretty old and run-down. The front desk lady was pretty rude, spent time chatting up her colleague than helping us. The room was not very clean either

We stay here everytime we come to the Boise area. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is great, and it's pretty centerally located. We look forward to staying here each time. Thanks. 😀

It is our second day at this hotel. Last time, we stayed on the third floor, which had a musty smell. This time, we stayed on the first floor. It was excellent. The beds were super comfortable as always. There is no smell on the first floor at all. It is pet friendly. Is easy check in and out. Friendly service.

Clean late check in available

It was fine. Not sure I would call it a suite. Would make more sense to have tv with sofa. Didn’t seem worth the extra.

We like that it is close to Meridian Speedway. Very comfortable.

Area around hotel not the greatest. But it’s a travelers hotel not a resort. Safety not a concern. Rooms are nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Easy to get to from freeway. A real value for the money.

GREAT stay. Check in was quick and easy. Room was very clean and very spacious. We usually feel cramped (2 adults, 3 kids) even in a double-queen room, but the extra pull out bed made all the difference. Pool was a big hit with the kids. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Plenty of variety for everyone. Definitely worth another stay when we are back in the area, and would recommend to anyone on their way through Meridian. The one and only negative was the dog that barked at us through it's door every time we walked by, but nothing could be done short of not allowing pets.
