전체 평가 및 리뷰 Holiday Inn Express SAN ANTONIO N-RIVERWALK AREA by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Liked that it was centrally located to what we were doing. Dislike property cleanliness was bad I looked under the beds and there was trash and used sweet & low packages underneath and just dirty! To many homeless in the area and parking was on the other side of hotel. Need to make an entrance on back of building for guests.

Amazing stay! I got a chance to attend the festival.

Sketchy surroundings. Horrible parking. Got there an hour early ….told to come back later. Drink container found on side of bed. Rooms were nice. Breakfast was nice…but very small area.

Our stay at the Old Bexar County Jail- now Holiday Inn Express was great! The 4th floor walkway to our room still holds a piece of history within its walls—it was fascinating to see the original windows still intact. The customer service was excellent throughout our visit. One thing to note: it would have been helpful to receive a heads-up in advance that the hotel was located along a parade route, as access to the property was completely blocked off during the even

Location ok check in slow, clean, breakfast a bit limited but overall would book again

Not so good, AC wasn’t working well for two nights called up front and couldn’t do nothing for me but to send a fan that never got sent to our room. Parking was behind the building where there was a wall with no entrance to the building, not convenient.

Good service, except they were out of complimentary toothbrush, I forgot to pack one. The room was clean, but only had one small trash can in the restroom. You had to pay for parking, not many spaces available in the front, but there is a public lot behind the building that is also pay. Overall, it was a good stay, breakfast was good.

Hotel was very clean and quiet, walking distance from the river walk with many restaurants close by.

Hay que entregar la tarjeta de estacionamiento al hotel cada vez que estacionas tu auto. No está bien regresar al hotel para entregar una tarjeta. Deben mejorar eso.

At night, somebody knocked on our window.

Front desk staff was extremely rude, hotel was clean and convenient walking distance to river walk.

The hotel was just not like other Holiday Inn Expresses. The rooms felt dirty - there was so much trash under the beds. Just didn't feel as updated or kept as others.

This hotel is close to the River walk, the area is safe, the rooms are clean.
