위치 : 케피탈 힐이라 캐리어 끌고 간다면 불편할 수 있음 교통 : 버스는 많은데 동선이 안좋음. 지하철은 멈. 도보여행 추천 주변 : 펍 많고 슈퍼도 있고 나쁘지 않음 시설 : 방은 넓고 침대 및 베개도 푹신하고 좋음. 단, 콘센트가 헐렁해서 불편하고, 에어컨 없음. 방충망은 뜯어져있어서 유명무실함 기타 : 직원들은 친절하고 주변 조용함. 모텔수준이라고 생각하면 좋은 편이나(에어컨 제외) 1박 30만원 넘는다고 생각하면 가성비 별로임 1926년 개업한 호텔이니 어느정도 감안하고 가시는걸 추천

This was our third time staying here during a family member surgery at the hospital. It's really convenient that it's attached to the hospital and you can access it from the hotel. Be mindful you can only access the hospital from inside the hotel during the week day and before 6pm, but access to the hotel from inside the hospital is 24/7. Other wise use the ER to gain entrance. During this visit, the front entry was closed off, so entry is from an obscure side door. Kind of inconvenient. Also, from our room on the 4th floor there was no wifi access, so if you hope to get some work done while here, use your own hotspot. The gentleman at the front desk wasn't helpful with that issue. He just said, "the wifi isn't good here. You can go to the hospital and use their wifi if needed. " being that it's 2025 and the age of AI and robotics, that's a pretty lame thing not to have wifi for your guests. This is a very old building that has had some upgrades but could really shine if proper money was put into remodeling the rooms. However, the beds are extremely comfortable! You will sleep well a long as not too many ambulances drive by full sirens. All that to stay, even with some negatives it is very convenient and a pleasant stay. We keep coming back for the easy and convenient access to the hospital.

Perfect location since I was having surgery at the hospital. Staff was friendly, room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Thy never give back the 100$ for the security holding. And they said they would return after checkout

Room was clean, beds were nice. Bathroom was old but clean. Construction on the front was happening so you had to go through the side doors by the ER.

YEs it was spotlessly clean and staff were polite and helpful.

The main engrance being unavailable due to construction proved a repeated inconvdnience. Also, the room not having A/C was inexpected. Overall, the staff was courteous and efficient, however having to snake my way througj hospital entrances (closed on weekends) proved a factor of dissatisfaction.

Great location and overall very good spot to stay at.

Could not find the front door (uber eats could not find it either). No one answered the phone when I tried to call to find the front door. At check in he said I had to do a required deposit, unknown what that amount was but I was charged $121 for someone else's bill. Had to call several days later to get it refunded back to my card. Said the cafe would be open on Sunday morning for food and it was not. Had a hard time getting the tv off of the settings mode, bathtub needs safety pads, my husband almost fell cause the tub got soapy and slick and the bottom of the tub is not flat it is rounded. Said check out was at 12pm and housekeeping knocked before that. Room lighting was very dim. It was not worth the price I paid just to stay to visit my brother in the hospital next door. Probably will not stay here again. I understand this hotel is old, but the tub safety should be a priority as the side of tub is a good 12+" to lift your legs over to get in.

Room was needing update. Bath was old & the fixtures very dated. The room is good sized & functional. It does appear that some of the rooms had been updated but I got one of the older ones. Parking is a short distance away, be prepared to lug your bags to check in/out as construction fences block the entrance.

The check in process was terrible. We booked a room with two Queens. After waiting for 45 mins we ere told they overbooked and we were told we had a room with one queen bed and they would bring in a roller foldout bed. NOT GOOD! They did advise we would be compensated for the mix up. They were good for that.

No had to pay extra and walk. Couldn’t get into the hotel they were doing construction and were untold. Had to go through hospital that hotel was attached to. Very unhappy for a 320.00 $ room and extra 25 for parking. Smoke alarm kept beeping at night.

Staff was excellent in all aspects, no hassle check in, everything was orderly, efficient and calm. I will definitely stay there in the future.

Older hotel, but the proximity to the hospital is a definite plus.
