전체 평가 및 리뷰 Holiday Inn Express & Suites WHITE RIVER JUNCTION by IHG, an IHG Hotel

객실이 넓은 편이었고 아침 식사가 좋은 편이었습니다.

When we got to the hotel to check in, we were informed that they did not have the room that we had reserved. Luckily Courtney was behind the desk and call across the parking lot to see if White River Inn and Suites could accommodate us. I don't understand how we make a reservation in January and its not there for us in May

Room was upgraded and it was a pleasant surprise!

Very convenient and clean.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Facility was a bit worn and could use some new carpeting, grout in the shower.

The room rented was better than I expected. It made my family and I feel like home. Additionally, Roberta an employee from the breakfast section was really nice and made sure we felt comfortable while at the same time provided us with information of the benefits of joining and becoming a rewards member at the Holiday Inn Express.

This is a nice hotel in this area. The Complimentary breakfast was good. The hotel had no problem booking us for an extra night in the same room, which was helpful. Cleaning staff didn't come to our room at all while we were there, we had to ask for extra towels often due to that fact.

The hotel seems to be undergoing some updating and renovation? So, some things have been updated & others not (yet?). It's a hotel that has been well-loved, and it shows. It was adequate, not excellent. Bed was very comfortable!

Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast.

The bathroom shower was not as clean as it should have been and the microwave had not been cleaned. There was a large rip in the duvet cover on the bed. I did like that my room had a small balcony and a screen door so I could keep it open a bit for fresh air.

Safe and convenient.

We arrived at 3pm on Friday and had to wait in the lobby for 20 minutes because our room was not ready. Other than that, I had no issues with my stay.

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn in White River Jct. I like that the sheets and towels were not changed every day, but at the end of my stay. I had an issue with the microwave and it was resolved quickly. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

Hotel is very hot. Couldn’t control temperature. Had to leave window open in 20 degree weather. Needs maintenance- paint chipping on ceiling in bathroom, smoke alarm covered in plastic, moldings coming off, door to bathroom wouldn’t shut without hoisting it up

Everything is awesome.

Breakfast was great, attendants were so responsive with stocking and helping guests. Great food for a free breakfast. Cool mini pancake machine. Gym was perfect for our needs, covered garage in winter is a huge plus! Our suite was huge! 2 tvs, kitchenette, pullout sofa, and desk area, etc about 50 minutes to killington and Pico. Lots of restaurants and shopping in white river jct and Woodstock

Very nice

The suite was clean and ready for our stay but the lights above the beds buzzed and there was no hot water for our showers. Staff did not offer a change of room or assistance when we called. It was a disappointing stay this go around.

We found the Holiday Inn Express more than met our expectations. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We were very pleased with our stay.
