It was an old hotel and too expensive for it. Also the bathroom was horrible. You can see person taking shower from the bed.

Great location on the park. A bit of a walk from most tourist attractions but short walk to the Prado and train station which was convenient. Staff were very helpful.

Más espacios en áreas comunes y un poco de mantenimiento en la alfombra de la escalera, por lo que da lugar a ser un poco caro.

Beautiful property but was under construction while we were there and got woken up early to banging every morning . Tough to handle with the jet leg. Otherwise it was fantastic. Amazing staff.

El edificio es bonito y la ubicación muy buena frente al parque del Retiro y cerca de museos y lindas zonas . Las habitaciones amplias y el personal excelente muy atento y agradable .El desayuno variado y rico , higiene y limpieza general buena . Los elevadores y escalera un poco maltratados y descuidados.
