먼저 도착하면 직원들이 친절하게 짐을 모두 받아 주고 전 AQUA CLUB 를 사용을 해서 5층에서 앉아서 체크인을 했습니다. 이게 정말 편하고 좋더라구요. 점심 전이여서 간단한 요기도 하구요.객실도 깨끗하고 에어컨이 잘되어 있어서 더운 날씨에도 아주 편했답니다.특히 좋았던것은 음식이 너무 맛있었습니다. 식당에서 일하는 직원들 너무 친절하고 맛있는 음식 추천이 너무 좋았습니다. 지금도 음식 생각에 입에 침이 고입니다. 우리 가족 모두 만족했습니다. 앞으로도 시간이 된다면 방문하고 싶은 호텔 입니다. 그리고 스타벅스가 P층에 있는데 마음 편하게 커피를 즐길 수 있는 것도 좋았습니다.해변도 깨끗하고 수영장 물관리도 잘되어 있었습니다.

숙박 가격이 낮은가격이 아니여서 좋은 서비스와 룸상태는 충분히 기대되는 부분이지만서도 예상보다 훨씬 좋았습니다 성인전용이라 특히 더 좋았고 직원분들도 친절하고 룸도 청결하고 좋았습니다, 앞의 바다에서 파도를 타며 놀수있었고 수영장도 이쁘고 깨끗하고 좋았습니다 내부 음식점들도 맛이있고 친절한 서비스를 제공해줬습니다 다시 칸쿤을 간다면 꼭 라이브아쿠아를 갈 것입니다

Overall, we were disappointed with our stay here. The room was beautiful and our terrace was wonderful with a great view of the ocean. But, we had some trouble finding the restaurants in the resort. We received a QR code at check-in but no instructions that it contained information including a map of the resort. But, we couldn't find signs on the ground floor that, in theory, contained all the restaurants. Even the way to the beach was a little challenging. We had to navigate through the restaurant area to get to the beach, which felt a little awkward as we were doing that in our bathing suits in the evening as others were dressed and waiting for dinner. For such a big resort, I would have thought the routes to locations and signage would have been considerably better. Also, when we were there, there was a lot of sorgussum on the beach. I understand that that is going to vary and is out of the control of the hotel. I did notice in the morning that the resort to the left and right of us had cleared the beach of it overnight, but Live Aqua had not. That definitely impacts the beauty and use of the beachfront. Overall, I would not stay there again. It is not worth the money.

Excellent resort with beautiful ocean views, friendly staff, delicious food, and a relaxing atmosphere. Everything was well organized, and I truly enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended!

Evening social gathering places made you feel like you were not truly welcomed. Even with the World Cup in full swing, it was very difficult to catch even one game that wasn’t Mexico. Staff claimed that they didn’t have the rights to show any of the games, needless to say it was not a fun atmosphere during the evening hours.

This place was absolutely horrible. From the time we got there till the time we left and even after. It was a large group of 15 of us and we requested rooms together but they gave us rooms all across the whole building making everything very difficult. They didn’t even give us the room we paid for they gave us an alternative and every time we all order a large amount, the staff minds and it shows in their attitude. The lobby is completely garbage and has nothing. This is by far the worst experience we had in Cancun and we are never returning here. We stayed for 5 days and for 2 days there was no water in the property. Mind you this is a “ 5 star” property. We all hung out one day in one of our rooms and tried ordering food to one room so we can eat together and they didn’t allow that. They broke up our party and told us to order from seperate rooms. After we checked out, they sent us a bill of $500 and I still do not know what that is for. It was all in Spanish but when I translated it, it wrote that we owe for “food and beverage packages and stay packages” what is this? We paid an All inclusive and was not supposed to be charged anything additional. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVE AQUA FOR ANYONE. That is why there is barely any guests in that hotel and is so quite.

Well it says all inclusive but there’s always a catch. Not all of the things are included like for sunbath we need to pay for the umbrellas and seat(very less free spaces available). And with the restaurants food was good but mexican food was good other things were 5/10. And for the drinks they put very very less alcohol which we always have to say to get the extra.

Me encantó, el único pero fue que no tenían bocina en la habitación y en las albercas no ponían música o si la ponían era en inglés y muy bajita, pero se entiende que es por los extranjeros

The staff and hotel were so nice and accommodating. It was a beautiful hotel and the restaurants were amazing. The only thing I wish was better was the AC in hotel room. It was not great and we had to ask for a fan. Being from Texas and not having AC is not good. Other than that we had a blast and loved it.

Overall great resort, five star to everything but the food. I’d give the food two or three star. Maybe I’m a food snob and it’s kind of expected it’s never that great at resorts? What stood out about the food not being great is the dinners, all meats were always overcooked and veggies undercooked. Everything tasted like it was managed to be as economically efficient for the resort as possible. I guess I expected more from Live Aqua in that aspect.

Excellent place to spend your vacation. Highly recommended!!!!

La calidad e la comida y las instalaciones está de lo mejor

Mi primer viaje a este hermoso hotel que ya tiene 20 años. Te va a encantar las vistas, el servicio,la comida y lo tranquilo que es. Si vienes a buscar un descanso sin que nadie te moleste este es el lugar ideal . Pero si te quieres divertirte, bailar etc no es para ti. Te sentirás muy bien por las atenciones del personal y por la comida, los masajes son caros . 180 por un masaje pero vale la pena te dejarán nuevo.
