전체 평가 및 리뷰 SpringHill Suites by Marriott Sacramento Natomas

The room was too small for a suite with 2 Queen size beds. Not enough space, no lighting in the closet area and only 2 trash cans. Also, too crowded between the sink area and the door to the bathroom. Not enough space to move around the room. Too narrow aisle and too dark in the corner where you put the luggage. :-(

The staff was extremely helpful and service oriented!the room was perfect for a great nights sleep!

Hood

My family was forced to sleep in the lobby at 1:00 am to wait 40 minutes for our room. Never experienced anything like that at any of the hundreds of hotels I’ve stayed at.

We travel quite a bit and typically stay at Springhill Suites, always reliable, convenient, suits our needs perfectly.

It was easy to check in and the room was huge ! Beds were comfy

I loved everything

I liked everything about the room and staff, but I didn’t care for the homeless guy jumping in and out of the garbage enclosure by where we parked.

Nice location. Friendly staff. Unfortunately the toilet was not cleaned well and the pull out mattress was filthy so we did not use it making our stay less comfortable.

Stayed here for a concert at Golden One. Property:rooms are dated, but everything was as advertised.

Loved it

The room configuration was very odd and the tv was in a weird place because of that.The bathtub was very worn out and definitely should be replaced. Wallpaper is also peeking in the bathroom. The refrigerator made clicking noises all night. The beds were comfortable.

Walking distance to a variety of restaurants. Quiet and clean.

I chose this hotel as a first stop in the US after a long flight. It’s an older hotel but rooms are spacious and the location is quiet. Comfy bed, good curtains. The vanity is separate from the toilet & shower. Also had a fridge and microwave. Only bad thing is the AC unit in our room was really loud! Had to turn it off so we could sleep.

No ofrecen servicio de limpieza de habitación El sofá cama muy sucio y olía mal viejo,el colchón del sofá cama muy sucio y viejo no es cómodo, pagué por dos noches solo pasé una noche en este lugar y me tuve que ir por tofos estos u convenientes del Hotel Muy muy incómodo y sucio y no me quisieron devolver lo de la última noche no regresaré a este lugar nunca más . Muy malo todo .

Our stay at the SpringHill Suites was very pleasant. The staff was very informed of all the amenities of the hotel and the surrounding area. Everything we needed was in close proximity. The airport was close, the Mall was within couple of miles, there was plenty eateries, and lots of fun for night life.
