Very expensive straightforward hotel, not a resort at all. Restaurant adjacent which at 11:15am didn't serve just coffee, only full linch menu.

With an older hotel charm, our stay was very clean and comfortable. It felt very homey but quality. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! One tiny sadness was that there did not seem to be any attempt to make or keep refilled complimentary coffee in the lobby.

The beds were very, very bad...matresses should have been replaced a while ago! Shower head power was too hard. Refer froze everything...then we found a reostat.

Great location. Ramone, the highly-rated actor and stripper, was hilarious and a great bartender.

Centrally located. Most attractions are within walking distance.

The hotel was nuce. A bit noisy but close to shopping and cultural places.

The stay was very good. The bathroom would be good it the toilet was bigger. We loved the view but would have been better if we were at the top floor.

Nice hotel, rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. No microwave in room or breakfast included are a downside and only ice machine was broken but staff were happy to get ice for me.

We enjoyed our stay at the Westmark in Sitka! The hotel was comfortable with plenty of amenities. The location was great for accessing shopping and restaurants as well as sightseeing adventures. We ate in the restaurant also and really enjoyed the food. My partner and I had to work on this trip but found private office space to remotely attend a meeting. The staff was very helpful with all of our questions. One thing that was a bit too much for us was the use of strong-smelling cleaning supplies ... just a bit over the top. We would stay here again when we visit Sitka!

Sitka is a beautiful place and this is the perfect place to stay. It's clean, comfortable and has everything, including a great restaurant. The location is central to everything and the staff are absolutely the best.

The staff was extremely helpful most of the time. The day staff was excellent, but the night staff was somewhat confused and baffled. The first room I was in was somewhat run down, but the second room was in much better shape. They do not have ice machines on the floors.

Nice, convenient to everything in town, large lobby for waiting, room was clean, sunny with large windows. I’d highly recommend the Westmark.

I am a germaphobe when it comes to hotel rooms and I was pleasantly surprised how CLEAN my room was! The carpet was the biggest joy for me as I didn’t feel the need to keep my feet covered like I have in other hotels. It seemed like they really took care of everything I could need, wouldn’t change a thing!
