It's great for family travel

시골 산장에 있는것처럼고요하고 아늑했지만 인터넷이 다운되어 TV와 핸드폰이 먹통이 되어 매우 불편하였고 영수증도 인쇄가 불가능하여 추후에 금액을 email로 통보하기로 하였으나 아직 접수를 못하였읍니다.

수건 깨끗 약간 시설 낙후. 세탁, 수영장 관리해 주시는 분 따로 있어 좋았어요. 밴프 다운타운이 아니어서 저는 아쉬웠지만 부모님은 자연친화적, 조용해서 대만족. 프론트 데스크 친절. 바베큐 그릴 및 야외 테이블이 있어요.

The room easily accommodated all 5 of us for the perfect spring break stay-cation to ski. With a full kitchen available it made out stay for comfortable. The kids loved the pool too! There were a bit of challenges with the water. Water was scalding hot for the showers with us having difficulty getting any biot of cold water to cool down. The kitchen sink we realized had backward water taps.

Cost is too high compared to locations, amenities and service.

Good place for little vacations.

The room was spacious and clean. The only problem was that the outdoor pool was under maintenance and they informed us less than a week before our trip which was a bummer since it was a holiday and everyone is cramping in the inside pool. We didn’t use the indoor pool since there were too many people. Anyways, the staff were nice and the location was very near the town.

Quiet, quant property just outside the hustle and bustle of Banff yet very close. We had a kitchenette and made all our own meals so we could afford skiing at Sunshine! Outdoor hot tub was closed due to maintenance so they offered the outside hot tub at Hidden Ridge in Banff location. Super nice view from hot tib & very friendly staff! No complaints...they even offer BBQs and utensils ect. We stayed in a loft room 2007, freshly renovated and close to facilities...pool, gym ect.

I had read some bad reviews on this property but I booked the 1-bdrm condo anyways since this was the most affordable option in super expensive Banff. Surprisingly, it was not bad, actually good. Looked like the resort had a bit of an update/renos. Our unit was clean, had nice new hardwood type flooring, comfy beds and kitchen was basic but had everything we needed. My only complain was that the hot tub was a bit gross though i partly blame the guests for not rinsing before getting in but again the showers had no hot water in the pool area.

This property is very tired. The carpets were frayed in places and there was a pile of sweepings and the broom actually left beside it by the fireplace. We weren’t allowed access until the room had been inspected, quite ironic. Though there was no cleaning staff in the whole area we had to sit and wait until exactly 4 pm before we were given access even though we had registered and paid by 2 pm. The walls are so thin that we could hear loud snoring throughout the night from the next suite. Every sound carries because of the wooden structure with little insulation.

This Cottages are very unique. There is a mix of old and modern. Outside look tells you the buildings were built long ago, but built Very Well, many modern buildings, if not all, would be jaleous to have such sturdy construction. Compared to other luxury hotels in Banff, we felt and feel more control over our stay. More freedom. The wood burning inside, in an amazing fireplace, is unprecedented experience. A place to be with family. Kitchen is available, with utensils provided. A nice swimming pool and hot tub indoor (the outdoor one was out of order this time). The tennis courts, the squash court, just enough for kids to be away from the screens and not boring. Getting out of your cozy Home, you end up right in the hugs of nature. Location: not entering the busy streets and sidawalks of little beautiful Banff, you enter your little "Town" of Rocky Mountain Resort, another little - gentle detail, but can be important. Thank you to the people who work to maintain and run this little hidden gem.

Loved the room. Quite. However swimming pool and sauna dirty. Kind of threw me out. Staff were ok.

Property is a little dated. Room was a bit stuffy and needed to be aired out a bit when we arrived. Facilities were good. Staff were very pleasant. Free shuttle offered too downtown which is highly recommended due to lack of parking in Banff.

We enjoyed the stay.

The bedrooms and the sitting rooms are so dirty that the corners still have accumulated dust. The house keeping isn’t good. We were surprised to find other people’s hair on our beddings. I suggest they get rid of all the old carpets. Also the swimming pools needs upgrading.
