Very clean property and super nice staff. Parking was convenient.

Nice hotel. It is at a convenient location. Plenty of parking space.

No daily cleaning.

Room near the road is horribly noisy, get a room near the back and pool

The property seemed well kept, coke machines were empty but staff reimbursed. We stayed 2 nights and didn’t have service to the room after first night….we did not request it as it was too late when we came back to our room on first day…

Clean, Quiet, comfortable bed, well maintained

Good location. There are several restaurants nearby, and worth to take a try. The staffs are friendly, the pool and room are in good condition.

We booked two nights. Our first night was horrible with two dogs and two children above us, we did not sleep at all. We did call the front desk, but it did not get any quieter. When we went down to ask if we could move our room the next night the two girls working were nice enough but I could see them side eyeing each other like we were a pain. They moved us the second night and it was a lot better. May I suggest putting people with two kids and two dogs on the bottom floor so this does not happen. I cannot explain to you the noise that was above us until 3 o’clock in the morning. The couple we were traveling with upgraded to a room with a view of the lake, when they got to their room the view they had was the big building that sits in the middle of the parking lot with a little bit of the lake on each side of the building. Please clarify when booking with them exactly what room you’re getting because some of the others have a clearer view of the lake but many of the “lake view” rooms sit way back in the parking lot and overlook this large building. Apologies for the long post, I never usually review, but thought this would help people when booking this hotel.

This place was great - super clean. Rooms are spacious and well designed. And the best part it’s very pet friendly!

Good amenities, walkable and beautiful views

Everything was perfect, location and service.

Good location, close to the lake. Room was dark and facilities dated

Customer Service was not that great, we forgot our tooth paste at home and asked them if they had any, the ly told us next door is Safeway you can get from there. Room air condition was not working properly. Overall not that great

Parking is rather tough on a weekend. Especially when they cut half the lot for the restaurants

Overall this is a really nice place. We liked the location because it had a view of the lake and there were restaurants within walking distance. The room was nice and clean and quiet. The balconies in the area where we stayed were not very private which wasn’t the greatest. The only other issue I had was the pool loungers were absolutely unusable. They were so stretched out you were just laying on metal bars. It was a real bummer.

Lakeview although my room had obstructed view. Staffs were friendly and polite. Had bikes storage and pet friendly. Good location.

Overall a wonderful location. Rooms and facility is a little dated and run down but some upgrades have been made since I last stayed here under the old name, Inn by the Lake. We had a nice lake view room and booked 2 rooms around 6 months in advance. For some reason we weren't able to have rooms next to each other even though we booked so far in advance, that was a little strange to me, but oh well. The hot tub was really nice and roomy. The pool was nice but a little too cold for most people. I don't think it was heated. It wasn't as cold as the lake, but pretty chilly. Overall we had a great stay. Just make sure you don't close the glass door when you sit on your patio. One of our family members got locked on the patio when the slider closed behind her, the lock somehow engaged.

The environment is very good. I think this is the best hotel in this price range.
