베네치아에서 조금 떨어진 곳이라서 많이 망설였는데 생각보다 교통이 편리하더군요... 버스 한 번만 타면 바토레토(수상버스) 베네치아 여행의 중심이라 할 수 있는 승차장이구요(20분 소요)... 호텔에서 버스정류장까지는 약 200미터 정도입니다. 호텔시설은 앤틱 하면서도 비교적 깨끗해서, 집사람이 매우 좋아했습니다... 가격대비 만족도, 괜찮은 편입니다.

"Your room will be guaranteed for late arrival" on my booking email. and I know you have to ensure my booking until midnight. It was wrong. My booking must be guaranteed. But yesterday you called me and said, " Tomorrow I have to work at six o clock. So I colyou need to find another hotel" I ruined my trip because of your hotel. I cant sightseeing on Venezia because of your hotel. You have to refund my reservation fee. YOU HAVE TO DO.

The personal was great, the location is close to the bus that takes you straight to Venice. But you need to be prepared cause the check in is late, there are not late restaurants around or places to buy food.

Recommend! Comfortable bed, good shower, the AC worked great, good breakfast, nice spacious room with views of the canal and street. I felt safe and comfortable as a solo traveller. Easily walkable to some lovely villas. Staff were very helpful! I was only there for a first day from a long day of travel, so I didn’t try the local restaurants but they looked worthy of a nice meal and wine.

Negativ: - Check-In erst ab 17 Uhr möglich - Check Out schon um 10 Uhr - sehr einfaches Frühstück - Badezimmer in die Jahre gekommen und hat nichtmal Seife und keine Abstellmöglichkeiten Positiv: freundliches Personal gute Lage gute Croissants großes Zimmer

Personale inesistente e colazione pessima (poco e nulla)

Dieser Unterkunft hat gerade mal 1Sternchen verdient. Der Minibar war defekt, Luftreiniger im Bad war zu laut, das Wasser in der Dusche wird Kalt dann auf einmal wieder heiß. Es sind Ameisen in Zimmer! Ein Wasserpumpe läuft 24 Stunden, so dass man nicht schlafen kann Der Putz fällt teilweise con der Wand. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen zumindest nicht in den Zimmern 101- 103, die im Hof sind.

This hotel should have been demolished 50 years ago. Water has no pressure for a simple shower… The hotel is listed as a 4 star, it can barely hold 1 star.

Tritura in rifacimento senza personale sporco senza acqua abbandonato senza alcuno servizio là colazione si faceva in un bar alla distanza di 700 800 Mt mi doveva rimborsare una notte pagato in più , mi rilascia un biglietto con firma per un eventuale ritorno gratis per la notte pagata far pagare per 4 stelle ?

It is not one of those huge hotels, small and classic, it has style. The breakfast was a bit boring but hey I don't complain

Since the Brexit vote, the pound sterling has been weak against the euro and hotel prices in Venice are high anyway. Even with the modest additional cost of the bus fares to the city, this hotel is an economical choice for travellers who don't mind waiting for buses (a few hundred metres to the stop) and sitting on them for about 30 minutes each way. The bus route continues to Padua, so provides a convenient means to get there too. The hotel is unpretentious, very clean and with charming staff. No problems with hot water or the nowadays equally important internet. There is a restaurant nearby with good food.
