출장으로 5박 이용하였습니다. 전체적으로 편안했고 좋은 시설을 갖췄습니다. 다만, 옆방과 윗층에서 들리는 소음이 잠자리를 방해했습니다. 방음 문제만 해결된다면 아주 좋은 호텔입니다.

다소 오래되긴 했으나 가격대 성능비 및 직원들이 친절

마드리드 중심부나 관광스팟에서 거리는 멀지만 그만큼 가격대비 시설과 서비스, 청결도가 발군. 가장 가까운 지하철역에서부터도 15분~20분은 걸리는 것은 감수해야 한다. 개인적으로는 그렇게 걷는 것도 여행의 일부라 생각하기 때문에 별로 상관없었고 가성비 좋은 호텔이란 점에 메리트를 두었음. 마드리드 외곽 주택가에 위치한 고로 마켓이나 음식점이 주변에 없는 것은 단점. 걸어서 15분 거리(아쉽게도 지하철 방향과는 전혀 상관없는)에 꽤 큰 MERCADONA가 있어 그나마 도움이 됨. 숙소선택에 어떤 가치관을 가지고 있느냐에 따라 다르겠지만 나는 매우 만족. 일정이 널널한 관광객이라면 추천한다.

The room is ok, but the towels are so old and looks so dirty.

This hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean with a very comfortable atmosphere and bed. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was excellent! Great service and an excellent stay!!

Nice place to stay

Great stay. The only downfall was that our room was near the elevators therefore we could hear people talking loudly. This said, we could not hear the elevators. Very good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.

More clarity about car parking. The hotel doesn’t have one and you need to get one on the street or pay at the next door car parking.

Hotel muito bom! Quartos amplos e limpos, boa estrutura interna e atenção aos hóspedes. Não é tão próximo de muitos dos pontos turísticos, mas havia facilidade de pegar transporte público (ônibus ou metrô), além de transporte por aplicativo.

This was good for one night if needing to stay near the stadium or proximity. The hotel and room were clean and efficient. Staff was friendly. The area is undesirable with nothing to do and seemingly run down.

Sehr sauberes Hotel, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption. Etwas weiter von der U-Bahn entfernt.

The hotel was very modern. AC worked excellent it does have a gym. The food at the restaurant was very good. The staff amazing. Starting with Maria at the front desk always working with a smile. The restaurant and bar staff very nice all were hard workers. Starting with Estefania always super nice and nonstop , then Carlos with the pony tail so good with the food recommendations, Richard extremely efficient and fast. The other Carlos a little rough but always took care of me and very hard worker. Alejandro also a great waiter and server. Overall I definitely would return in a second.

Las camas son muy cómodas y las habitaciones muy espaciosas. Todo estaba limpio y bien decorado. El personal es muy amable. Todo excelente, me volvería a alojar en este hotel.

There was no water in the gym for 3 days even after repeated requests. Toilet flush did not work and was told that was normal.
