란자로테에서 가장 높은건물로 뷰는 환상적 청소상태 완전 꽝 15 시 이후 들어와도 청소 않되어있었고 담날도 얘기했는데 청소 않되어 있었음 고층이다 보니 엘리 베이터가 불편했고 주위에 상권이 그닥좋지 않음 고층에서 내려보는 뷰최고 방 넓은거 빼고는 5 성급 호텔 치고는 그저 그랬음 담에는 playa쪽으로 갈야 할듯

란사로테에서 아마 가장 좋은 호텔일겁니다. 고층에서 바라보는 바다 뷰도 너무 아름답구요. 호텔도 깨끗하고 넓고 아침 조식도 무난하게 잘 나오는편입니다. 스태프도 모두 친절하구요. 퀄리티 대비 가격도 다른 스페인 도시들보다 훨씬 저렴합니다.(특히 이비자나 마요르카등의 휴양지 대비) 강추합니다.

카나리아제도에서 거의 유일한 고층호텔로, 오션뷰를 선택하면 황홀한 일몰을 감상할 수 있습니다. 이왕이면 스위트룸을 권합니다.

I have stayed in this hotel several times. This stay was just as good as usual. Great facilities, helpful staff, wonderful space and pool, and varied and delicious buffet food.

The hotel sent me many messages to check in and prepare my room so I will not be wasting time when I arrive!! I finally did it and on my arrival I lost 2 hours waiting for the room to be ready and the hotel was not full…

Les chambres ne correspondent pas à un 5 étoiles : pas de choix d’oreiller, décoration basique. Seul le petit déjeuner est très bien avec des aliments et jus de fruits frais.

Si el motivo del viaje es visitar la Isla, este hotel es ideal por su situación.

Clean and spacious room. Facilities look a bit dated. Staff was overall pleasant but there were delays in service in the rooftop bar.

Hotel foyer was attractive & staff welcomed us with refreshments. Room was spacious & had amazing views.. Had dinner in Blue on 17th floor which was delicious & also had stunning views. Breakfast buffet was varied & continuously topped up. We only stayed one night on our way south but hotel is in a gorgeous position & we had a very pleasant stay. Only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 was we had no internet in our room the following morning & had to sit downstairs in foyer to receive a signal.

Una estancia agradable!! Solo destacar la falta de un buen aislamiento en la ventana de la habitación que hacía que el viento entrara por las el marco de la ventana y refrescaba mucho la temperatura.

Suite confortable avec superbe vue. Réactivité appréciable du personnel pour la réparation de la climatisation. Bon petit-déjeuner en buffet.

The sea view room was stunning. Great location near to cruise ships and airport for early departures. Comfy beds. Front desk Staff were good smooth check in however the restaurant was extremely slow for lunch and dinner. The panoramic view is popular. Food was good. Tiny Elevators are slow and always full of staff with large carts. The young man who provides my massage was not well trained removing my tiny towel to start leaving me completely naked and in shock. Never before have I ever and never again would I like to duplicate that experience.

Our first time staying at this hotel, check in was very friendly with a nice glass of cava, our suitcases were delivered to our room, the reception area was very festive with Christmas decorations. We had hired a car and the ONLY parking available is an underground carpark which the hotel has an arrangement with the parking company that you pay 10 Euros a day which we think is a bit annoying when you have paid good money to stay at a 5 star hotel, we had to pay 70 Euros for the week. Our room was on the 11th floor facing the sea, so we had an amazing view over the sea and Fermina. The beds were nice and comfortable and the bathroom facilities were very good, there was a nice comfortable sofa and a large TV, The room was spotlessly clean. The A/C fan was noisy but it didn't affect our sleep. We were bed and breakfast, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of choices. Staff were very attentive and the restaurant was spotless. On the 17th floor there is a restaurant with amazing views over the city, we dined there a few times and the food and service were excellent, on some nights there is also live entertainment which is good quality. On level 2 there is an indoor heated pool and snack bar which is also very good, there is a sun terrace here too overlooking Reducto Beach. On the ground floor there is an A La Carte restaurant called Azhar, which we dined in one evening it was also excellent with outstanding service. We will definitely book again!

Great place, just three complains. The slow and un-syncronized elevators can really become annoying, The 17th floor is a missed opportunity for a nice place for drinks and music, instead it is like a cafeteria that has alcoholic drinks. The AC maintains the rooms very cold even in winter, that can be uncofortable for some people like me.

La suite era muy buena, con una vista espectacular y el desayuno excelente! Además del parking que estaba justo en el hotel. Y muy bien ubicado.
