The only thing I liked about this hotel was its location. Las Condes area is very safe business district, which is an exception in Chile that I found later. Not many staffs speak English and the problem with it is that the housekeeping missed many things so that I had to call the service several times. More than anything, my plan included breakfast and I enjoyed the meals (although you may not expect a strong coffee or vegetables!). The problem was I had to sign the bill every morning - with a "tip" space while the staffs are watching me! Well, I have not practiced tipping convention in a hotel breakfast. So it was strange. But the more problematic part is that the staffs pointed the "tip" space with a pen that they were handing to me. Ouch, it was very awkward. Believe me, I am accustomed to 15-20% tipping culture from Chicago, USA. But this practice in a hotel breakfast was very strange to me. Also the water pressure is very weak, which was a concern in showering and in the toilet. Oh, I have to add, to be fair, though, that the concierge service staffs were very helpful with good English.

The morning breakfast was good . The staff at the registration were terrible not very friendly especially the lady named Lilly. The room was clean .Overall, it’s okay except for the registration person.

As instalações e equipe de funcionários são excelentes. Café da manhã com excelentes opções, além de preparações saudáveis para diferentes tipos de dieta. Um ponto a relatar foi o ruído provocado pelo exaustor do ar condicionado localizado no quarto, o que nos gerou um certo incômodo. A cama um pouco macia demais para o nosso costume e travesseiros muito altos, podendo haver diferentes tamanhos, visto que na cama havia 4 travesseiros. O hotel possui uma excelente localização, segura e com restaurantes, bares e inclusive o Costanera Center que leva uma caminhada de no máximo 15 minutos.

This hotel is still my favorite one in the area. Nice, big and clean rooms. Their breakfast is really good. The only part I didn't like was the construction during my stay. After suffering the drilling noise, I requested to get moved to a lower floor. The staff was very helpful about it and the noise level was almost unnoticeable in my new room. This hotel has a classy European look that I really like. And you don't need to eat out anywhere if you don't want to. The Enebro restaurant is excellent with a great menu for whatever you're craving for. I'm sure once the construction is finished this will be my hotel of choice again. I really like it.

Todo funcionando perfectamente. Lo mejor de todo, la amabilidad del personal. El desayuno fresco y abundante. El servicio a la habitación bueno y rápido.

The hotel was close to all the city attractions including the Japanese gardens, we really enjoyed the hospitality and the kindness of the front staff. They helped coordinate shuttle service from the airport and also the breakfast was very appetizing, i enjoyed this hotel!

Acomodação ampla e confortável, com frigobar, fogão. Janelas amplas e muita iluminação natural. TV grande com diversidade de canais. Localização excelente, a poucos metros do MUT, onde fica a estação de metrô. Piscina aquecida na cobertura com linda vista para o SKY Costanera. Café da manhã excepciona!

Falta limpieza en la habitación, sobre todo en el baño area de regadera. También falta Mantenimiento, es visible, sobre todo en el baño. Es increíble, pagamos Media Renta para hacer Check-in a las 9:00 am, y no nos incluyeron el Desayuno, sin embargo tampoco lo indican cuando te dan la opcion de Early Check-in. Pagamos media renta prácticamente por dejar el Equipaje en la habitación para salir a buscar un Restaurante y regresar después del medio día, NO VALE LA PENA. Son extremadamente estrictos para aceptar billetes de dólares, no me los aceptaron por simplezas en el estado de los billetes, pero los pude cambiar en la Casa de Cambio del Mercado Urbano sin problema. El hotel cuenta con una excelente ubicación. El personal excelente: Bell Boy Amado y la Chica Agente de Seguridad increíblemente amables y serviciales. El personal del restaurante muy amables y atentos.

Excelente localização, quarto confortável, boa cama, chuveiro, enfim, ótima experiência.
