The only thing I liked about this hotel was its location. Las Condes area is very safe business district, which is an exception in Chile that I found later. Not many staffs speak English and the problem with it is that the housekeeping missed many things so that I had to call the service several times. More than anything, my plan included breakfast and I enjoyed the meals (although you may not expect a strong coffee or vegetables!). The problem was I had to sign the bill every morning - with a "tip" space while the staffs are watching me! Well, I have not practiced tipping convention in a hotel breakfast. So it was strange. But the more problematic part is that the staffs pointed the "tip" space with a pen that they were handing to me. Ouch, it was very awkward. Believe me, I am accustomed to 15-20% tipping culture from Chicago, USA. But this practice in a hotel breakfast was very strange to me. Also the water pressure is very weak, which was a concern in showering and in the toilet. Oh, I have to add, to be fair, though, that the concierge service staffs were very helpful with good English.

Hotel bem localizado, com equipe atenciosa. Quarto bem novo e limpo. A água do chuveiro não era estável, dando picos de água mais quente. A acústica interna podia ser melhor. No geral, um bom hotel !

Renovated property

Todo bien, el Concierge Cristóbal es excelente ! Me ayudó demasiado . Pedí un requerimiento especial ya que iba de por un trabajo de negocios y necesitaba hacer unos cambios que negociando , se podría haber logrado y la Agente de reservaciones Alejandra , no fue nada flexible. Hablé con la plataforma y me comentaron que los cambios que requerían si eran posibles , solo ella no quiso y resulte afectado. Yo llegué a trabajar en hoteleria y sé que todo se puede negociar. Una lástima porque era un hotel que iba a recomendar por el Concierge y sus camaristas pero recepción y reservas dejan mucho que desear

Hotel en renovación. Aparentemente estan achicando las habitaciones, para tener mas habitaciones. Buen servicio en general. Buena ubicación. GYM y restaurante aceptables. La piscina estaba un poco FRIA.

Esperienza molto positiva. Personale super attento, camera pulita, vista da piscina top. Ottimo e consiglio

A localização é maravilhosa. O hotel é muito bacaca e seguro. O café da manhã é excelente. Voltaria com certeza.

Spacious rooms, clean sheets and bathroom, friendly and courteous staff. Buffet breakfast was excellent with a well pointed menu. The location of the hotel is convenient, steps away from MUT (Mercado Urbano Tobalaba) and Tobalaba Metro station.

The morning breakfast was good . The staff at the registration were terrible not very friendly especially the lady named Lilly. The room was clean .Overall, it’s okay except for the registration person.
