The only thing I liked about this hotel was its location. Las Condes area is very safe business district, which is an exception in Chile that I found later. Not many staffs speak English and the problem with it is that the housekeeping missed many things so that I had to call the service several times. More than anything, my plan included breakfast and I enjoyed the meals (although you may not expect a strong coffee or vegetables!). The problem was I had to sign the bill every morning - with a "tip" space while the staffs are watching me! Well, I have not practiced tipping convention in a hotel breakfast. So it was strange. But the more problematic part is that the staffs pointed the "tip" space with a pen that they were handing to me. Ouch, it was very awkward. Believe me, I am accustomed to 15-20% tipping culture from Chicago, USA. But this practice in a hotel breakfast was very strange to me. Also the water pressure is very weak, which was a concern in showering and in the toilet. Oh, I have to add, to be fair, though, that the concierge service staffs were very helpful with good English.

O chuveiro estava fraco, a temperatura eh regular pelo hotel em 38 e você não consegue esquentar mais, não tinha shampoo no chuveiro pq o dispense estava quebrado, passei dois dias pedindo na recepção o shampoo que chegou antes de eu ir embora. O quarto eh maravilhoso, mas pra mim, banho é essencial. Café da manhã bem mediano. Paguei o mesmo valor no Hilton que fica próximo e entregou bem mais.

Hotel is very close to restaurants, a big mall, a Hop On, Hop Off bus stop. Staff were very helpful. Lots of variety at breakfast.

Invasive, Unprofessional, and Traumatic – Avoid at All Costs My stay at Plaza del Bosque Ebro was deeply distressing. Staff entered our room, handled and moved our personal belongings without any authorization or notice. We returned to find our room completely emptied — a terrifying shock, especially as two women alone in a foreign country. The room change was due to a shower leak, but our belongings were safe and untouched by water. There was no justification for the invasion. Worse, we were moved to a room below a construction floor, with a broken, noisy AC. Initially told no other rooms were available, one miraculously appeared after we insisted. Managers Rodolfo and Alejandra were dismissive and mocking, downplaying the situation and denying any harm, even after our belongings were handled without care. Hotels.com tried to mediate, but the hotel took no responsibility. Housekeeping was also unacceptable — trash bins overflowed, and we had to call maintenance repeatedly. Siempre es un agrado alojarse en cualquiera de los hoteles de la cadena Hoteles Plaza. La atención destaca por su calidad y cordialidad; el personal es siempre muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar, lo que marca una gran diferencia en la experiencia. Las instalaciones son modernas y bien mantenidas. Si bien la piscina es de tamaño reducido, cumple perfectamente con su propósito y permite disfrutar de un buen momento de descanso. En esta oportunidad viajé con mis hijos pequeños y realmente disfrutaron cada instante de la estadía, lo que para mí es fundamental. Me voy muy agradecido y con ganas de volver.

I didn’t like my room at all. I booked a executive room with two queen bed plus sofa bed, instead they gave me handicap accessible room with handicap bathroom , two FULL size beds and no sofa bed. Also the room had an aweful view, and only two standard pillows as opposed of 4 5-start luxury pillows it shows on pictures. The night-shift lady didn’t really explain why this happened, and wasn’t really helpful. I give two starts for that the pool and breakfast was good.

A recepção muito atenciosa, com destaque para a Sra. Ingrid. O ponto baixo foi no check out, não lembro o nome, que a pessoa não me entregou o troco, apesar de pequena monta (cerca de 4.500 pesos). Entregou-me um papel dobrado, dizendo que estava tudo ok, pensando eu que o troco estava dentro, o que não ocorreu. cito isso, pois todos os demais recepcionistas foram excelentes e corretos. Quarto bom, na categoria escolhida, apenas o banheiro muito pequeno para o tipo de apto, assim como o ar condicionado não "obedecia" corretamente os comandos. Havia uma cafeteira, mas estranhamente não era fornecido nenhum café (cápsulas). Cozinha bem equipada e pessoal de arrumação atenciosos. Localização excelente, estacionamento muito bom e conveniente (coberto). Apesar de chegarmos antes do horário do check in, a Sra. Ingrid nos providenciou um apto. Muito atenciosa. Café da manhã muito bom e variado, com bom atendimento.
