사진상에 보이는 것과 다른 DEPENDING standard room을 주었는데 호텔 별관으로 허름한 여관처럼 본동은 천국, 우리가 묵었던 별관은 지옥 같았습니다. 우리가 숙박했던 별관은 정말 최악이었어요. 지저분한 침대 오래된 침대시트, 이상한 곰팡이 냄새, 욕실은 샤워부스가 1사람이 들어가지 못할 정도로 좁아서 이미 고장이 나 있었고 별과 바로옆과 위는 일반시민이 거주해서 새벽1시 2시까지 시끄러웠습니다. 본관과는 하늘과 땅이었는데...분명 우리는 사진을 보고 선택을 했는 데 숙소때문에 휴가를 망친 기분이 들었어요 그것도 2박이나 해서...제발 이런 숙소 팔지 마세요. 이건 상품이 아니예요

The hotel itself was in a great location slightly away from downtown sorrento but they offered free shuttles throughout the day. Parking included and breakfast was also perfect. I did find a local mini mart approx 12 min uphill walk away. Facility is nice but the rooms need attention. Our shower wouldn’t drain and leaked onto slick tile floor. We told front desk first day about it and they wrote a note but never addressed the issue so every time we showered it either had to be quick our the floor would get soaked. Wish they would have done something about it but otherwise good place to stay.

Camera pulita, anche se l’arredo un po’ datato, personale gentile e professionale. Posizione eccellente praticamente sul mare con con vista mozzafiato. SPA e piscina interna ed esterna Top.

Beautiful beach access, great pool!

This motel is very run down. Breakfast was good. It’s far from Sorrento and taxi are $50 to go 3 miles. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I really enjoyed having the pool and beach to sit and look at and the views where breathtaking and it was quiet and peaceful. The room balcony and the shuttle bus to Sorrento really made me happy.

I’ll start by saying I accept that not all hotels are luxurious, and I have stayed at all types. This hotel is just shocking false advertising. The 1st floor with dining room and pool area has been remodeled, but the rest of the hotel was clearly nice and opulent in it’s time, but is now falling apart and haphazardly repaired here and there. Our room smelled musty, we felt every spring in the bed, pillows were flat. The area around the hotel was sketchy but we had no issues. Beach was packed and dirty. Parking was in a gated parking lot filled with garbage. The positive: Bar staff was great.

Open balcony on the morning and enjoy sounds of waves 🌊 So far best hotel of our trip! Sunsets… water is so wild and clear! Our room have jacuzzi with ocean view that we really enjoyed. ( and who complained about bad rooms you need to choose room when you booked!) another room has amazing balcony with ocean view and seahorse decor. Breakfast was outstanding with salmon and plenty mozzarella and tomatoes. So many sweets options for our little one. Pool is also good bonus with plenty of balloons and toys. Location is fantastic and very close to Sorrento and good restaurants. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Hôtel sympa mais je ne serais pas rester plus d une semaine , plage minuscule et bondée de monde , restaurant de l hôtel pas top et cher , petit déjeuné par contre bon et copieux , les chambres sont spacieuses et propres

La chambre était sale et dans un état de décrépitude. La climatisation marchait par intermittence. La terrasse avait un mur en maçonnerie de 180 qui éméchait la vue sur le golf.

Fabulous stay in a stunning location. Lovely, attentive staff. One small criticism- the breakfast coffee machine was very poor quality - I would expect better coffee in Italy.

This place is overpriced for the quality. The food is terrible. The location and view is wonderful. The staff was not so great, some people that I interacted with were kind and helpful others not so much. The beach is overcrowded and beach chairs in disrepair. Our room had a beautiful view but the shower is uncomfortable and leaked all over the floor. The housekeeping forgot sheets on our bed and the comfort of the bed itself provided restless sleep. My fiancée and myself were both underwhelmed at the experience. I would never stay here again. I had really high hopes and was upset halfway through our stay. Don’t let the pictures fool you into staying here.

Idéalement situé au nord de la plage !

Fint hotell med nyoppusset og fantastisk basseng og restaurant område. Store romslige rom med god plass til en familie på 3. Noe slitte rom med medium standard på renhold. Flott privat strand tilhørende hotellet med fri tilgang til solsenger. Kunne vært opplyst om at dette er en steinstrand. Noe vanskelig å komme seg uti vannet pga steiner. Stort pluss med shuttle buss som gikk flere ganger daglig til sorrento. Lang avstand til togstasjon fra hotell. Burde vært mulighet for transport til og fra. Liten landsby med noen få spisesteder.

July 27 2025 The food option was very limited one menu for lunch and dinner.The towels were rundown very old. The shower curtain was falling down It was just a joke. stains on the walls both hallway and in the room and furniture .our room was smelling like mildew, we asked to be changed to another room. They gave us another room away and separate from the hotel building and didn’t had balcony as per our itinerary. the elevator was not safe at all Kept on getting stuck middle of the floors. In the website of the hotel, it advertises that it has private Sandy beach but it was not it was public and rocky. In one word the hotel was horrible except the staff I will not recommend at all.

When booking this hotel, please note it is an individual, traditional Italian hotel with lots of beautiful marble, mosaic and a lovely art deco feel. Our room with an incredible sea view again had traditional tiles, wood carvings and marble based on a nautical theme. The dining room, bars and outside areas are more modern and spotlessly clean, shout outs to the lifeguards who were great and Valentino behind bar who was really polite. In fairness, all the staff here are a credit. The location of the hotel is perfect with beautiful views over the Bay of Naples and lots of little eateries that are so good, particularly in the evening, spectacular sunsets. Thoroughly recommend, well done guys.

Great stay and really accommodating. They made sure we got vegan croissants and bus stop is also relatively close. Very friendly staff.
