The shower dirty both days. No hot water. No elevator.

The hotel was great! The only negative thing I have to say is there's not much water pressure in the shower, but that's pretty common anywhere you stay in Guatemala.

The beds, bed sheets and towels were excellent. Great views of the lake and the island of Flores. Good good at the restaurant. 10 minute walk to the island. Next to the mall

The hotel is off the island, which at first was a disappointment, however the walk is only ten minutes and the area is much quieter than the island

Excellent for nature lovers.

Stayed for one night. Pros: - convenient location, beautiful view on the lake, very close to Isla de Flores - complementary parking very close to the hotel - friendly courteous staff Cons: -building outdated, needs a renovation. In my room the window wouldn’t close and all noises from the lake were in my room -room was very small, (though quite convenient with a TV and a minifridge) - warm water in the shower was inconsistent -wifi signal very weak - no elevator (which was not a problem for us)

Habitación muy reducida. Ruido adentro por el aire acondicionado y el minibar. Baño muy rustico, no llegaba el agua caliente, sólo en la noche me bañe con agua caliente, por la mañanas imposible. decían que se debía dejar correr el agua por 5 o más minutos, pero ni así. No hay facilidad de conectar tus equipos a la energía, contactos limitados. Very small room. Noise inside from air conditioning and minibar. Bathroom very rustic, no hot water, only at night I bathed with hot water, in the mornings impossible. They said you had to let the water run for 5 minutes or more, but not even that. No facility to connect your equipment to the power, limited contacts.
