베르자야 마카티 호텔은 언제나 제가 주말 휴가 때 가성비 좋은 스테이케이션을 즐기기에 최고의 선택지였습니다. 저렴한 가격에 맛있는 뷔페식 아침 식사까지 더해져 더욱 만족스러웠죠. 심지어 급하게 예약해도 좋은 가격에 묵을 수 있었고, 이번에는 디럭스룸에서 프리미어룸으로 무료 업그레이드까지 받았습니다! 마카티 애비뉴에 위치해 있어 메트로 마닐라의 주요 명소들을 편리하게 방문할 수 있습니다. 주변에는 카페, 레스토랑, 편의점이 많고, 쇼핑몰도 걸어서 몇 분 거리에 있습니다. 제가 묵었던 24층의 프리미어룸은 흠잡을 데 없이 깨끗하고 넓었으며, 채광도 좋고 에어컨도 잘 작동하고 침대도 정말 편안했습니다. 생수, 커피 용품, 칫솔, 화장지, 슬리퍼 등 기본적인 세면도구도 모두 갖춰져 있었고, 가구와 비품도 모두 멀쩡했습니다. 호텔에는 헬스장과 수영장도 있었지만, 저는 잠을 자는 걸 더 좋아해서 이용할 시간은 없었습니다. 무엇보다도 프런트 데스크, 컨시어지, 보안, 레스토랑, 객실 청소 직원 모두 매우 친절하고 환영하는 분위기였으며, 도움을 아끼지 않았습니다. 다음에 좋은 기회가 생긴다면 꼭 다시 이곳에 묵을 것입니다!

이 호텔에 예전에도 여러 번 묵었습니다. 직원들이 매우 친절하고 서비스도 좋았습니다. 객실도 넓고 가격 대비 만족도가 높습니다. 이번에 묵었던 방은 모든 시설이 잘 작동했지만, 혹시 문제가 생기더라도 직원들이 신속하게 해결해 줍니다. 호텔에는 수영장과 헬스장이 있습니다. 레스토랑도 있지만 저는 이용하지 않았습니다. 위치도 마카티 중심부에 있어 좋습니다. 전반적으로 추천합니다.

직원들은 괜찮았습니다. 어떤 이유에서인지, 아침 식사를 제대로 제공하지 못했습니다. 9/27인데 9/26이라고 말하려고 했는데, 제 아침 식사 이용권이 시작되었습니다. ㅋㅋㅋ. 저는 거의 2주 동안 2개의 이용권을 냈고, 아마 5번이나 갔습니다. 즐겁지 않았습니다. 저는 711의 계란이 더 나았습니다. ㅋㅋㅋ. 헬스장은 잔인했습니다. 그들은 바를 청소하는 대신 칠하기 때문에 손에 페인트가 묻고 바가 구부러지고 비뚤어졌습니다. 제대로 운동할 수 없습니다. 환상입니다. 마지막으로, 수영장은 끝없이 차갑습니다. 온도를 더 즐겁게 만들어야 합니다. 마지막으로, 인터넷이 불안정합니다. 가끔씩 나타나서 스트리밍하고 작업하기 어렵습니다. 나쁘지 않은 곳이에요. 다시 가고 싶지만, 다음에 방문할 때까지 문제가 해결되기를 바랍니다! It ' s my 4th time booked in here. But today it will be my last day. I'll never ever again booked in this hotel nor to recommend this hotel to all my friend. So damn dissapointed! When I want to check out this morning 29 March. The receptionist want to charge me 800 PESO! Just because a little stain (like dirt colour) in the tip of the towel. I'm so confused and insisted to look the towel because I'm sure, me and my gf only use it after we take a bath. When I look the towel and smell it, there ' s no smell or odor, no chocolate smell, no blood smell, no feces smell and the receptionist + housekeeping staff also smell it and there ' s no smell in the towel. And they give a suggestion to always check everything in the room (towel, spring bed, bed cover, chair) when I check in and enter the room (HEY, I'm a customer who want to enjoy my day in your hotel, not to become a housekeeping staff) which is very ridiculous. And they insisted their laundry department do a really good job. Hey! I know what kind of stain in your towel because I'm in laundry business also and that is blood period stain which is hard to remove if not giving extra treatment. In the end, they didn't charge me. But from user experience I'm so dissapointed because they accuse me for something that I didn't do and they treat me like someone who do some minor criminal thing. It ' s already my 4th time booked in here and the previous booked didn't have problem when I want to check out. I don't know if some of the customer also got the same problem that happened to me. But for me I'll never again booked this hotel and I'll tell to all my co-worker to skip booked this hotel. I just didn't want my friend also got a bad service that happened to me today. So disappointing.

The first story: For the first time we arrived there, the receptionist said that we would get dinner for free for fasting people because ramadhan, but after we had dinner, the cashier asked us to pay for the dinner, we were very disappointed. Maybe for the next, not to give a good news if you actually don't want to give.

I've stayed in Berjaya Hotel for a few times already and I always enjoy my stay there. I love how accommodating the hotel staff is. It would be better though if they have more parking spaces so we do not have to park somewhere else with an extra fee. Also, it's time to change the carpet in the room that we stayed at. It's stained and looked dirty.

Very poor in total quality care amongst guest. I am still waiting for the room to be finished and occupied by me. I have my lunch with me so it's not that fresh anymore. I placed a request already before check in so the hotel should had a vacant room since check out time is 12 noon for guest. I am really mad right now.

I always satisfied to stay in berjaya, they have complete toiletries and the room is clean, they have also iron that's what I like the most also hair dryer.

Nice experience. Clean and very accessible. But the wifi connection was very poor.
