해변에 위치한 리조트 타입 호텔로 주변지역 접근성도 좋고, 전체적인 시설도 만족스러운 호텔 주방을 포함해 넓은 객실이 편안함을 더해 줌 출장시 이용으로 인해 풀 등 부대시설을 이용하진 않았으나, 딱히 단점을 찾긴 어려웠음

Enjoyed the spacious 2 bedroom family condo. Enough space for everyone. Comfortable and pleasant. Will return. Good location!

This was a last minute booking because there was a power shutdown in the location where we had planned to have our sisters weekend get away. The decision to book at Carlsbad Seapointe was great! There were four of us and we booked a 2-bedroom suite. It was spacious clean with a well-appointed kitchen. We walked to the beach which was just across the street. Next time we will ask for a upper level room so we can have an ocean view. The staff in the lobby were attentive and Tram the concierge was very helpful with great information about local restaurants and spas that all offered discounts. My only nit was the furniture was a little dated and worn.

It is 2nd time visit and really nice place with family

The stay was a Mother’s Day gift for my sister. She really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and laid out nicely. We loved the short distance to beach. One thing to improve - the garage entry gate seems unstable and needs work.

A touch dated but lots of room to walk and pretty centralized if you’re ready to do a bit of walking!

Place is definitely showing its age. Room I was in the t v in the bedroom was busted and didn't work, showerhead handle was broken off so couldn't switch between different settings, fireplace doesn't work, ice maker didn't work fridge made an extremely loud noise the whole time. Told front desk didn't offer a sorry or anything.

My family stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with kitchen condo. Although it was spacious for 6 people, we had issues with the train noise, ice maker noise, and we had a corner room so the flood light would go on every time someone passed by. I don’t know if we’d stay here again.

The "garden view" was under construction, which wasn't noted anywhere and was disappointing because I was already settling for that rather than a sea view. My request for hypoallergenic bedding was ignored, (which they have since blamed on Expedia) so my husband and I both started having allergic reactions and ultimately decided to check out early at 11pm. I contacted the hotel via an expedia agent and then again myself and was unable to be refunded. No partial refund, no credit, nothing. The room itself was clean for the most part, but the couch also made me itchy which I believe is possibly from being sprayed with something to clean or deodorize. There are no restaurants within walking distance, which is no fault of the property but was still inconvenient regardless. At the end of the day, I would not recommend this hotel to a friend.
