Don't expect a 'hotel' it is more like a student residence. Good value for money but I wouldn't stay here again

Everything was well cleaned

O quarto era pequeno… um dos lados da cama ficava prensado na parede e precisava sair pela frente; o que pode ser complicado caso tenha dificuldade motora. Ainda sobre isso, o hotel não possui elevador, então esteja ciente disso na hora de reservar. Não possui espaço de guarda-roupa… então precisa se virar como dá. O café da manhã é servido no prédio ao lado. Há pouca variedade e é o mesmo todos os dias. Não conte com o horário de início dele… a equipe de lá sempre atrasa. Sobre a equipe do hotel, são muito atenciosos e gentis. Pessoal da limpeza costuma esquecer a reposição da toalha, mas basta pedir que entregam o que faltou. A localização é muito boa! Fiz praticamente todas as atrações a pé, partindo do hotel! Vale muito a pena.

It was a wonderful stay! The cleanliness, the attentive staff, and the overall comfort really stood out. I’d definitely stay again.

Our initial room on 3rd floor, was VERY cold due to the draft coming from the window, it was also very noisy and you could hear every conversation from outside on the road. Thankfully the next morning, the lady at reception moved us up to the 4th floor, this was great, no noise, no draft and nice dark room to sleep in. The staff were really friendly. It’s about 7min walk from the royal mile with lots of shops along the way.

Clean, comfortable and good service. Problem with very noisy extractor fan, which also switched itself on at 4.00am .

No hot water for 2/3 mornings we stayed Delivery bays outside window with constant night shift deliveries/operations kept us awake all 3 nights we stayed.

I really enjoyed staying here for the Fringe fest! It's super close to George Square (Assembly) but still very quiet and peaceful. The room was very comfortable. It had two shower heads and a big bed. Check in was quick and easy. Would definitely stay again!

The staff at KM Hotel were top tier, very friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage until check in, as well as run a load of laundry at the end of our stay, which was very convenient. Breakfast was also delicious with lots of options for the buffet, and staff there were very accommodating as well. Only critique of the propery is that we were on the first floor directly above the entrance to the hotel looking over Richmond Place. It was quite noisy at night, between Uni kids hanging out smoking (the smell would get into the room with open windows, but was a little stuffy if the window was closed), and the trucks for the Lidl grocery store would be backing in in the early morning (aka loud beeps) . So I would recommend ear plugs if staying here. Very walkable to Old Town, the train station, even to Leith. Overall besides the noise, very pleasant stay!

Et rigtig hyggeligt hotel. Det ligger et roligt sted og alligevel tæt på byen. Personalet er meget venlige og imødekommende. Vi har nydt vores ophold.

Great little place to stay, the room was warm. But overall for the price very good

I accept dynamic pricing but in return for high prices comes high expectation. Two night stay, room not serviced , drink tray not replenished, dirty cutlery ignored. fire doors wedged open at night, v noisy service bay at night, even with demand pushing up prices, £300 a night for a small third floor room with no lift and no public space is pushy.

No air conditioning was an issue.
