호텔 자체 주차시설이 충분한 것처럼 설명되어 있으나 4자리만 주차가능하고 근처 대부분의 호텔들처럼 길가에 주차해야함 큰 규모의 복도식 호텔이고 바다뷰는 경포대 작은 모텔뷰 공항으로 접근이 좋고 택시를 타도 요금이 10유로 조금 넘는 정도 마요르카 시내로 버스를 타고 나가기도 편리함 뷔페식 아침식사는 종류가 많은 편이고 먹을만 하나 시간이 짧은 편이고 사람들이 많음

I came to a very dirty room, and despite I told the reception twice, nothing happened. Only clean towels. It hadn't been cleaned for a long time. On our departure day, we had early breakfast. The coffeemachine was broken. I asked to go to the restaurant for a cup (they were almost opened) and he said; no, that is not my problem. The service was just not good enough. The poolarea was nice and the service in top. I just can recommend this hotel and so sorry that I didn´t choose another.

Clean room ,great balcony with beautiful views

Hôtel idéalement placé, plage à 100m, lignes de bus à 20m. Personnel très agréable, toujours disponible. Petit déjeuner copieux mais déçu du dîner.

Good location, close to palma and s‘arenal. Had to use mobie data because wlan connection was weak.

Rooms are small but clean and have a nice view from the balcony.

Hotel molto bello e ristrutturato, camere non molto grandi ma funzionali, buona la pulizia delle camere, colazione e cena con molta scelta. Il nostro giudizio piu' positivo va al personale, tutti molto gentili e professionali sia per il servizio di sala che per il servizio di bar nell'area della piscina. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la musica dal vivo organizzata quasi tutte le sere dopo cena.

Das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe des Strandes und des Flughafens. Wir haben nur etwa 10 Minuten vom Flughafen bis zum Hotel gebraucht und zum Strand sind es lediglich 3–4 Minuten zu Fuß. Mir hat dieses Hotel besonders gut gefallen, da ich mit meinen Kindern verreist war. In der Nähe gibt es außerdem ein sehr schönes Aquarium – das kann ich absolut empfehlen zu Fuß nur 5-7 Minuten und noch eine Empfehlung mit dem Taxi ist es nur etwa 8 Minuten bis zum Aquapark, auch dieser lohnt sich sehr. Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist wirklich top. Insgesamt hat es mir hier sehr gut gefallen. Wenn ich noch einmal nach Mallorca reisen sollte, werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder in dieses Hotel und in diese Gegend kommen, weil mich die Anlage und die Lage überzeugt haben.

Das Frühstück hat uns nicht besonders gefallen. Die Teller waren teilweise schmutzig und ab 10 Uhr hatte man das Gefühl, man sei zu spät und muss sich beeilen. Es fehlte auch frisches Gemüse und Salate.

Wir hätten uns sehr gefreut einen Zettel, Mappe zu erhalten mir den Öffnungszeiten des Frühstücks, Abendessen und Pool usw !parkplätze! Das Personal war sehr nett und hillfbeteit! Nachdem ich nach dem auschecken meinen tankini vergessen hatte! Wir leben noch n Cala bona, haben viel Besuch und würden gerne wieder kommen!

Das Frühstück war sehr gut! Die Lage des Hotels war super! Die Klimaanlage war relativ leise, sodass man in der Nacht gut schlafen! Die Nähe zum Strand war sehr gut!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is incredibly convenient — everything you need is just steps away. There’s a shopping center nearby for anything you might need, and La Palma is absolutely beautiful and easy to access. The area also has plenty of great food options, which made dining a breeze. Overall, a perfect spot for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Le personnel, notamment au restaurant est tres sympathique et serviable. Il fait de son mieux . La propreté des chambres est toujours impeccable. La proximité immediate du bus et le stationnement gratuit sont appreciables. ( attention toutefois, notre voiture de location a ete fracturée) Pour le reste, je suis plutôt déçue par cet hotel qui, selon moi ne vaut pas ses 4 etoiles et voici pourquoi : - le buffet est certes oppulent mais les produits sont de piètre qualité - mon lit dont les pieds n'étaient pas identiques se soulevait a chaque mouvement , au point de risquer d'en tomber et il a fallu 3 jours pour qu'il y soit remédié - les chambres sont vraiment basiques et les oreillers peu confortables - nous avons voulu nous détendre avec un massage à l'espace bien être et en sommes ressorties stressées en raison d'une tentative d'arnaque ( facturation de services supplémentaires). Et la reception apres m'avoir dit que cela ne la concernait pas met ma parole en doute. 7 eme fois a Majorque premiere experience tres mitigée.

Family of 3, did the half board option and the breakfast and dinner options good and varied each night. Room amenities were good and looked contemporary. A few minutes from the beach, local shops and bus stop outside hotel made it convenient to travel to town or airport. Staff were friendly and always helpful.

It was a nice stay with most of the staff members friendly. The rooms say they are soundproof yet we could hear people in rooms on both sides. The keycard didn’t work on the door into your room more than half the time and I saw others having this issue too. They don’t give you much information on the hotel when you get there so you have to work it out by yourself. We also got trapped in the elevator for a little bit as it went out of service while we were inside. The food was nice and the room was good with a nice balcony and sea view. The hotel was clean inside. The pool had a green tint around the outside so it might need a clean or Atleast a check to see why it’s green. But other than that it was a nice stay with good service from the pool bar and lots of places to sit in the sun as well as in the shade or indoors.

Funcionarios da recepção sem a menor empatia e algum descaso com os hospedes. Reservei pois nos detalhes da propriedade consta estacionamento, sao somente 4 VAGAS. Pequeno almoço ok, jantar mediocre, carne bovina praticamente zero. Limpeza dos quartos também deixa a desejar. Nao classificaria nunca como 4 estrelas

Frukosten var alldeles för liten för alla personer som skulle hämta mat. Mycket var slut. Inte mycket fräscha grönsaker att välja på. Kaffet var ett av de mest horribla vi smakat. Ta med eget! Om ni vill köpa vatten på hotellet går det bra fram till klockan 23:27. Efter det får man gå 400 m och köpa. Dåligt städat i lilla poolen. Vet ej om dem städade på hela vår vistelse…? Flyter plast, skräp och insekter i vattnet. Ett stort plus dock är att man inte behöver reservera några solstolar. Det finns till alla. Nära till stranden och turist-shop och restauranger ifall man gillar det. Bra möjligheter till att åka buss, taxi och cykla. Bra och goda drinkar i poolbaren. Vår städerska Karol var så trevlig och snäll! Hon gjorde verkligen ett toppenjobb! Det höjer betyget. Inga problem med att äta och dricka medtagen mat/snacks.

2 min walk to beach,clean hotel great selection of evening food and snack bar is great ,good food for good price . Plenty of sunbeds available.
