직원들이 친절하고 가족여행에 좋습니다

아침 조식이 기대했던바보다 종류나 내용이 조금 부족했습니다. 그 이외에는 지적할 사항이 없을정도로 훌륭했습니다.

내가 예약한 호텔(홈우드 스위트 바이 힐튼 샌디에고)는 도착했을때 공사중이었다. 다행히 옆의 호텔(힐튼 가든 인)이 같은 계열이라 거기 묵을수 있었다. 힐튼가든인은 시설이 좋은건 아니지만 가성비가 뛰어난 곳이었다.

Generally, staying at this Hilton is satisfactory. The nice thing is : the breakfast is provided free, but the menu is simple. It is located at the convernient place, but, the facility is a little bit old. However, the room is rather wide and comfortable. If I have another chance to visit there, I will stay here again.

넓은 공간, 저녁 제공. 일부 공간 수리 중이어서 그런지 주중에는 저녁까지 무료로 제공해주고 주차비도 받지 않는 거 같구요. 하이웨이 접근성도 좋았습니다.

The whole overnight stay experience was great, clean and well appointedroom👌 The only two things I personally did not like: 1. The hotel charges for a room single parking space fee and it is not disclosed unless you ask, at checkout. Another way to increase room fees, but appear more competitive 😏 Sad to see that, not like it used to be. 2. Continental Breakfast was over by 9:30 am, I feel 10 am is more accommodating to guests 🙄...

The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and quiet. My stay was peaceful.

Property is located in the middle of a business park. Nothing nearby for food. Deli at Hilton garden In only open from 9am to 1pm!??

Our entire family stayed here in multiple rooms for my brothers wedding and we were so welcomed! Mari at the front desk is one of the loveliest people I’ve met and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed!

Bathrooms in the rooms need to be renovated

This Homewood suites was just ok. Rooms were not updated, housekeeping and trash removal you need to request every day or they won't come - they only did our beds the last night of 5 that we were there. The front desk questioned our need for 5 towels in our room and that they are used sparingly. The pool was fantastic. The breakfasts were perfect and just enough variety! No one mentioned a 12 dollar a day parking fee but we had to pay regardless. We had a great stay the 3pm cookies were a lovely surprise! We'll probably stay again.

Free breakfast :) 2 bedroom 2 bath is life saver with family of 4

Appreciate for accomodating mewith shower chair for being disable. The location where they placed me was noisy . Kids and people were running beteeen the hallways and bagging exit door till 1030 pm. Requested for wake up call for morning 530 am for my flight but they forgot to wake me up . Not planning to stay in such location again

A relaxing stay overall

Great place to stay!

Hot humid days in San Diego and the common areas were not air conditioned. We were told the manager could only adjust the thermostat. Luckily the AC worked in the room. Our room was older with dust in the corners of the bathroom and wear and tear.

Room was good but the hallway and lobby or anything outside of your room was not air conditioned and it was 83 with stuffy humidity made the free breakfast very hard to even want let alone appetizing or to go or do anything else in the building . None of the staff speaks English so if you need help good luck asking if you don’t speak Spanish. Outside of these complaints I was happy with the room the location the condition.

Nice hotel with Kitchenets for family or just yourself if needed. We did use the fridge. The coffee that comes in the room is not automatically re-stocked. You have to ask for more at the front desk. The bathroom could use some hooks for damp towels or for a personal item. Breakfast offers many choices. Next door the hotel offers a bar/restaurant.
