Everyone was friendly and kind!

I’d say the location was great, nearby shops, gym, etc. We drove from Calgary and it was easy to access. Parking was included but can get really packed specially behind the building and space to drive through can be really tricky. You can hear the train though, that’s why they provide earplugs in the bathroom, you can also hear foot’s steps from the above unit. For the room, we got the studio in the lodge with. Full kitchen, loved it. There’s also 24/7 front desk.

The room was very clean and the staff were helpful. We did run into a problem of not having enough hot water for a shower but think that was a matter of unexpected broken boiler and not a regular problem. Would stay there again for cleanliness.

We had an easy check in, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

New and up-to-date facility in an excellent centralized location. Sauna is fantastic after a day of skiing! Clean modern rooms and comfortable beds. Professional and friendly staff. This is my new favourite place to stay in Canmore when I’m going on mountain adventures in the area.
