+ Breakfast was nice it has beach within walking distance Nespresso coffee machine in room - 1st floor sun bed area is a bit open place and privacy is difficult to be kept(chill out package) Noise is severe from upper floor and the room beside(I strongly believe that this should be considered for next renovation) Safe is in the room, but should pay 2.5euro per night Wifi is terribly slow Quite far from Palma city area(50min by bus) and bus do not keep time table(From Palma terminal, it is almost punctual, but from camp de mar stop, be cautious of timetable. There was about 20-50 mins. delay for two times that I used at Camp de mar bus stop) The waiter who take order at dinner restaurant was a bit arrogant(but helping to take away dishes staff was kind)

La situation géographique reste intéressante pour peu qu'on ait un véhicule de location. Mais cet hôtel H10 ne tient pas ses promesses de 4 étoiles (ex : sachez que pour avoir du café dans votre chambre, vous devrez passer par l'accueil pour demander à ce qu'on vous remette en main propre les dosettes et autres !!! Et quand on demande pourquoi, on vous répond "it's our rules". Dégagez, y a rien à voir... Quant au personnel, on sent qu'il reçoit une pression terrible pour que rien ne soit oublié ou offert, tout doit être absolument facturer. On comprend, mais là, cela se voit trop fort. Une seule personne sort du lot, Manuel, souriant, à votre service, essayant toujours de donner satisfaction aux hôtes de l'hôtel. Bravo et bonne continuation à vous. Pour le reste...

The layout of the resort and access to the beach

Dieses Hotel ist toll, freundliches Personal, hilfsbereit und lösungsorientiert. Die Lage ist der Hammer und die Bucht ein Traum, wenn man Ruhe sucht - fern ab der Partys. Geschäfte sind begrenzt, Preise in den Restaurant auch etwas höher… man zahlt die Lage eben mit. Ich komme gern wieder.

Wir waren vor 3 Jahren das erste Mal hier und es ist immer noch genauso genial. Direkt am Strand gelegen in der ruhigen Bucht von Camp der Mar, reichhaltiges Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal, angenehme Gäste. Wir empfehlen, das Abendessen in einem der umliegenden Restaurants einzunehmen, nur ins Illeta muss man nicht. War in jedem Fall nicht das letzte Mal hier.

Die Bucht von Cam de Mar ist einfach ein Traum.

I enjoyed it

We had a very enjoyable holiday at this hotel and resort.

Very relaxing stay for my birthday, unfortunately the put a note for a free Bottle of Cava under our bedroom door after we had gone out for the afternoon/evening, so it was to late to enjoy by the time we got back to our room & we fiew home the following morning, but apart from thst we had a very relaxing stay.

Nice hotel but a little dated in some areas. Friendly welcoming staff. Spa is not turned on. Ambience is nice and quiet great for a relaxing stay.

Abendessen nur á la carte ist doch nicht unser. Es fehlt doch an Abwechslung, z. B. stets die gleiche Anzahl an Desserts (acht bis neun Möglichkeiten). Für den Abend zi wenige Angebote außerhalb deg Unterkunft.

Very old structure that been partiallly updated …. But visibly old . Pictures are not current … meant to slightly present a more higher end experience than actual. Food is good, but hallways and gym has a motel feel

Location was fantastic right on the beach front, staff were welcoming and helpful, only one thing was the single beds pushed together but, we were only staying for two nights so wasn’t an issue. Surrounded by nice restaurants and bars with a short taxi to Port d Andratx where there was a-bit more to do.

We were upgraded to a suite for what was the first 2 nights but a travel delay meant it was one night so I queried on check in about having to move to another room after just 24 hours stay and was told we just had to. So not a great start having to pack up and move. We were giving a complimentary evening meal for the inconvenience but I’d have just enjoyed settling into one room for what was only a 3 night stay. The opportunity of an upgrade being a Platinum member is only a treat if it’s for the duration of the stay ! The food was the highlight at this hotel as it was excellent. The suite on night one had an old shower over bath which posed a slip hazard for us. We found the superior sea view to have a modern shower and refurbished bathroom but the bed has no support at the back and moved away from the wall so was uncomfortable. Check out day leaves us with a lasting memory. The luggage store is dirty and unkept. The shower facility in the spa area is very hot and actually a big risk for a loan female showering so publicly with men using the gym area. Then the worst part is once showered there’s absolutely no air con in the toilets where you dry and then in the whole of the reception / bar area so we disappointedly waited and sweated before our coach to the airport . It can be hours before getting home for many travellers and having zero air con is a big inconvenience once you are set to travel. We did note reception staff have air con right at their own area. Good & Bad !!!
