They had bugs

I was stared at by someone who appeared to be watching me and my boyfriend as we just arrived near our hotel room My boyfriend was trying to park his U-Haul there was a lady on her phone standing in the same spot watching us. I didn't know exactly who she was so I just asked her Do you work here? And she said yes. I didn't like the fact that she kept standing there as if she was looking for something or she just wanted to see what we were doing did it feel comfortable staying there so I went back to the office to get a refund.

It was like pulling teeth to get new towels. I asked the staff several questions, and they showed their shoulders and walked away. One of the questions I asked was is there a swimming pool?

Not the property but th manager is a great manager understanding, helpful, & friendly

We got stuck with this motel because of or booking company, long story short this place is a complete total dump the first room we got put in didnt have a working tv or heater, so we get moved to another room which just so happens to be upstairs which is fine until you feel like your gonna fall through the stair case because the steps are weak and untrustworthy. So the next room we get put it, we had literally plug everything in including the ac/heater unit, light fixtures, tv, and ect. There was absolutely no running water in my room. Plesse just take your money elsewhere because at this point sleeping outside would've been much cleaner and better all the way around

Quiet and convenient

Usually OK... This "Home for Christmas" time was awful. I had began requesting dats in advance, a downstairs room, due to a disability. Upon check in, the blonde, ponytail woman with glasses tried to tell me they were booked up and wants me to cancel my reservations & go next door to a 6 Motel. I politely explain although im an out of state resident, we're not just from OKC, but also from the immediate area and i know they aren't booked. She counters with a $50 cash deposit. Fine. No problem. She proceeds to check us in and "found" a downstairs room. Ive stayed at this Motel for visits for 15 years. She gave us the MOST DEPLORABLE room available. It stank, it was dirty, the 1990's box TV didnt work...but it was downstairs. It was CLEARLY her petty revenge. We stayed 3 nights and guess what... not a single night passed of them being sold out.

Nasty, dirty, not worth a dime, you have been warned

You have to go th another motel next door to get ice and if you are as lucky as I you get put in the room below a pump and his girls. Never again. One of the worst nights of my life!

Clean rooms and friendly staff

The lights don't work in my room the telephone don't work the AC won't turn off the door don't lock safely there's no microwave or refrigerator

No microwave, no frig, not many channels on the TV.

There was no microwave, fridge didn't work, no iron. Cigarette holes in the blanketsand the room smelled like mold and mildew. The AC/heater combo was filthy and had no knobs or labels.

It had to have been the worst place I've ever stayed everything that is advertised is not correct it's supposed to be pet friendly no had a sign but on the window no pets also the rooms were just a nightmare I mean caulking missing on the dresser that the TV was sitting on the bottom of it was like disintegrating it was awful cockroaches in the room no microwave no refrigerator no coffee pot nothing like that it was a very bad experience

It's a building that should have been demolished years ago. Run down and awful.

This is not a place you want to spend much time in. Ok for a few hours but don't want to hang out in the room much at all. Very poor Wi-Fi usually have to pickup wi-fi from next door at Days Inn Hotel. Poor bathroom conditions but the bedroom area has been recently remodeled it looks like. Generally the lobby isn't open you have to go to a window and talk to someone there.

Clean and quiet

The man at the desk was helpful and very nice thank u so much

The manager was a delight
