Nice place clean rooms

Property was clean inside and out. Staff was very friendly.

My family and I booked the hotel for 1 night. It was easy to get an upgrade. So the service was great. The room was clean and comfortable looking. It would have been nice to have coffee creamer and a smart TV so we could watch YouTube. The shower pressure was good. The beds were firm but comfortable. The downside is that we could hear everything thing that was happening right above our room. Between the hard wood flooring and the appealingly thin floor construction, it was very disturbing. The desk chairs are on rollers and it sounded like people were bowling balls above us. I don’t recommend this place if you’re a light sleeper, but the price was right.

Bathroom in my room had pee on the toilet seat. It obviously wasn’t cleaned.

Very nice environment

Upon arrival (5pm)and checking in, our room wasn’t ready. We left to have dinner and spend time with family. Returned at midnight to get keys from front desk and the next clerk didn’t see our reservation. She had to call the man that helped us prior which took about 10 minutes. Finally found the keys he had left for her and let us know what room we were in. At 5 am the fire alarm went off loudly with lights and notices while we were sleeping. Clean establishment but awful service.

Used coffee grinds left in the coffee maker. No lids for coffee cups No regular coffee

Extremely low quality construction. We could hear every step from the people staying above us and the floor vibrated as we walked as well. The staff was very nice but it was not enough to overcome the noise that kept us up at night when the folks above us walked in their room.

Clean hotel, polite staff. The shower took quite a while to warm up, but no other complaints. It was a nice quiet stay.

I found a dish in the dish washer fully molded!

Best staff in the world

Recently renovated and our room looks great. Hotel lobby is still a work in progress. Staff has been extremely friendly

My suite was very beautiful and new (I think I was the first person to stay in it after the renovation). The location is easy to get to. Lots of parking. Great amenities nearby.

Sonny was magnificent. Always friendly and always ready to help!!

I can tell the hotel has on going renovations. That wasn't much of an inconvenience. The upgrades are very nice and room was clean.

Very pleasant

This place was clean and rooms were average hotel rooms. Nice refrigerator with counter top and sink in room also. Staff had problems checking people in. Took me 15 mins and I had confirmation number through Hotel.com. Asked me about paying when I had already paid days before arrival. I had receipt and they finally figured it out. Under renovation and didn’t have any ice. Didn’t see the responsibility to provide any either. So we got ice from s CStore. Kind of ridiculous. Price was good compared to ones near it but the couple my friends had were a little better for 30-40 more bucks.
