나쁘지 않았응. 주방과 주방용품도 깨끗했고 4인가족에게 조금 좁다고 느껴진거 빼곤 슈퍼도 가깝고 해변까지 거리도 가까워서 좋았음

일단 직원분들이 친절하고 한국말로 인사해줘서 자밋고 좋았다. 한국어는 못해도 인사말 한국어로 해준다는 게 정말 서비스에 좋구나하는 걸 느꼈다. 테라쓰 있음. 라디에이터 있어서 빨래 말리기 편함. 헤어드라이기 있음. 엘레베이터 있음. 주방 있음. 주방 도구 충분함. 가위 없는 점은 아쉽다. 숙소 깨끗하고 오션뷰는 아니지만 한 골목만 넘어가면 바로 바다. 앞에 트램지나가는 풀숲길 이쁨. 바로 옆에 대형마트있어서 좋음. 니스 역에서 도보로 20분 걸림. 구 시가지랑 거리 있으나 바다 보면서 걸어가면 좋음.

가격대비 시설은 나쁘지 않았음

생각보다 오래된 건물에 있어서 객실이 사진처럼 깔끔한 느낌이 아님. 화장실이 좀 별로이나 나름 주방공간이 있어 가격대비 지낼만 했음 직원들이 친절하고 무료와이파이 잘터짐. 니스 해변 중심부에서 많이 떨어져 있어 차없으면 불편할 것 같음. 렌트 시 호텔 앞 도로 공영주차장 무료이니 도로에 주차하세요~

해변으로의 호텔 위치는 좋으나 중심가 마세나거리와는 떨어져 있어요. 이불 너무 더럽고 방에 개미들이 집단서식하더라구요. 들어서는 순간 불결하게 느껴져서 깜짝 놀랐습니다. 게다가 하루 7유로의 주차비면 된다하여 지정된 주차장에 주차했는데 체크아웃하면서 제가 티켓을 뽑지 않았다는 이유로 주차료 전체를 다 매기더군요. 그러면 호텔측 주차비는 이중부담이니 달라고 했더니 그럴수 없답니다. 이틀 숙박하고 주차비 45유로에 14유로 더 내고 왔습니드 리셉션 완전 불친절하고 주차비 항의하자 성질까지 내더이다. 정말 완전 비추하는 최악의 숙소입니다

Location is excellent, kitchenette facility & laundry were 2 requirements for me and worked well. The hallway carpets are in dire need of replacement. Too many dogs for my liking.

Rent o fräscht i rummet övriga faciliteter som korridorer och övrigt ganska slitet. Perfekt ställe att utgå ifrån om man vill resa runt, nära till spårvagnstrafiken.

No interaction with staff, hallways have a bad smell. No toilet paper in restrooms.

Det var verkligen värt pengarna att välja rum med balkong. Vi bodde på våning fem och fick lite havsutsikt. Mysigt att sitta på balkongen och äta.

This is a great location if you are coming in by train. The hosts were welcoming and speak English. Be prepared to carry your bags up stairs to your room (although the very helpful hosts offer to assist if needed). The rooms are clean, small. The shower is tiny, if you are large (or a normal sized man) it will be a problem. I would stay there again.

Very clean room in a good area close to the beach and tram to go to the city center . The service is friendly and helpful especially Tatiana who gave us also city recommendations. I loved to stay there .

Easy to find, close to the beach and tram, safe area, very nice and helpful staff. Rooms big enough and clean for a budget friendly hotel.

Our apartment hotel room was perfect for my daughter and I. The location was ideal with the beach just across the road. Although it was a fairly long walk to Old Town, there were plenty of good restaurants in a buzzy area not too far away in Rue de France. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good sized balcony. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The only improvement I’d like to see would be the provision of chairs or loungers beside the pool. It’s an attractive area but underused for this reason. We would stay there again.

Good location. Couple of nice places to eat nearby. Has all the amenities such as a rubbish disposal room and water fountain. I did ask for 2 single beds (via the expedia app) a while before arriving but this wasnt responded to by the property. There is also supposed to be a room service after 7 days which was never done so we had to use the same bed sheets / towels etc for 12 days.
