사진과 너무 다름.

Ottimo hotel con buona colazione inclusa

Air condition didn’t work, water from AC kept dripping while night. Bathroom was clogged. Parking is not directly at the hotel property.

Hallways smelled, area around property was trashed, staff didn't seem concerned, neighborhood didn't seem safe.

The room was large and clean. Its on a busy street. Lots of ethnic restaurants most of which were closed for Easter. Hard to find regular food.

Very clean. Great breakfast! Stairs are very steep, but we thought it was impressive

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. My brother and I stayed in a twin room and everything was perfect. Big room, clean and tidy facility, fresh and tasty breakfast, and of course two shining stars, a Latin and a Polish lady, unfortunately I don't know their names, but believe me, they provide exceptional service. Thank you very much.

Merkeze 15 dakikalik yürüme mesafesinde, sakin ve temiz bir bolgede, gayet iyi bir otel..

Prima hotel voor een weekendje Rotterdam. Goed bereikbaar met bus/tram (nu even geen tram ivm werkzaamheden maar centrum/station is ook heel goed te lopen). Genoeg eetmogelijkheden in de buurt. Hotel wel wat gehorig, buren hoorde je praten, douchen en naar het toilet gaan. Met oordopjes echter prima te doen. Niet veel personeel gezien, enkel bij in- en uitchecken en ontbijt. Over het algemeen vriendelijk.

En netjes en schoon hotel met en lekker ontbijt.

Alles prima. Moeilijk voor ouderen omdat de traptreden aan de smalle kant zijn

The hotel is situated about 15 mins walk from Rotterdam station and has many eatery choices. When we first arrived we were a little dubious about what the hotel would be like due to the area that it’s in. We didn’t feel unsafe but it was full of interesting characters. I have to say we were very pleasantly surprised that although this is a 3 star hotel it is very, very clean with large rooms and because we were at the back it was very quiet. The staff absolutely make this hotel. They are very friendly and incredibly helpful. Overall our stay was excellent and I would definitely recommend staying here.

La camera che ci è stata assegnata era spaziosa, pulita e provvista di tutti i servizi necessari. La colazione era ricca e variegata. L'hotel è posizionato in una zona comoda per girare, in quanto è vicino al centro della città ma soprattutto alla stazione.

Lovely room, helpful staff. Surrounding area Ok.

The room was nice, and the city centre is close by. The staff was friendly, and always helpfull. Only thing was that even as a dutch person the staff mostly spoke english with me. If it policy, no problem for me though.

We had a lovely stay. The hotel is clean, quiet and the breakfast was good. Parking is off-site, around the corner (approximately 300m) ina secure building. There is a cost. There is possibly some street parking available.
