I stayed 2 nights, I don't want to stay there again. When i entered room, i felt humid. After night flight, we really wanted to rest, but i should take a shower in cold water. In addition to, room's power was out in the night.. We were embarrassed in dark. We could change the room after I said this situation to receptionist. Eventually i realized first room is really bad. In second room there are warm water and not humid.. I don't recommend this hotel, but if you stay there, you should check room condition.

Fantastiskt läge, supergod och stor frukostbuffé, vacker miljö. Rent och fräscht efter städning varje dag. Kommer gärna tillbaka!

Koin itseni tervetulleeksi saapuessani ja sain toivomukseni mukaan huoneen yläkerrasta. Alue sopii myös yksin matkustavalle, turvallisen ympäristön vuoksi. Osa asiakaspalvelijoista oli hyvin positiivisia, osa vakavia/pidättyväisiä. Hotellissa oli loistava aamiainen ja illallisbuffet sekä hyvin auringonottomahdollisuuksia. Merivesi oli kirkasta ja yksityisen rannan merenpohja roskaton. Kivipohjan ansiosta kohde soveltui hyvin myös snorklaukseen. Viiden minuutin kävelymatkan päässä oli myös julkiset, joskin ruuhkaiset uimarannat. Hotellia vastapäätä on minimarket, isompi ruokakauppa oli kilometrin kävelyn päässä. Hotellin edustalta kulki myös linja-autoja. Huoneen oven elektroninen lukko ei toiminut alkuun, korjaaja sai sen korjattua. Huoneessa oli myös muurahaisia, jotka tulivat lattian raoista. Huonepalvelu sai pidettyä muurahaiset poissa aina päivän kerrallaan. Huoneistojen seinät ja ovet olivat aika ohuet, minkä vuoksi käytävästä kantautui helposti ääniä. Jos on kovin herkkä, kannattaa ottaa korvatulpat. Hotellin asukkaat arvostivat onneksi hiljaisuutta. Hotellin alakerrassa oli spa-osasto, eli saunat ja suihkut sekä lepotuolit. Spa-osastolta sai myös hierontapalveluita ja kasvohoitoja. Petra-niminen hieroja oli aivan loistava.

Beautiful hotel in Mallorca. The staff was friendly and the views were stunning. The spa services were great. The small downsides of the hotel include; the pools were cold and there are limited chairs around the pool, the ocean was quite rough where you can access it from hotel and we had little ants in our room. Other than that we loved our stay. The hotel is in a great location with mini markets/restaurants nearby and a 2€ bus ride into downtown Palma.

The biggest redeeming quality of this hotel is the outdoor facilities and the swimming cove. The beds in the main building were comfortable and the room was pretty clean but I’ve never stayed in a louder hotel in my life. You can hear all of your neighbor’s conversations and it sounded like people above us were moving furniture every night. Fire alarm went off at 2am as well. AC in room was decent. Went through 6 key cards in 3 days due to them not working as well. (We are aware they can’t be near phones or magnets.) Breakfast was great. The $35 dinner buffet was okay but not great. Overall was okay for a first trip to Mallorca, but would stay at a neighboring hotel next time.

The hotel a little, restaurants around the hotel are limited. Hotel bar needs to improve cocktails. Room and the facility is clean. Our room was specious. Pools are enough, see is nice. You can take a bus to central locations. Breakfast was good. I plan to go again.

The best Hotel that I ever have tried, recommend it to everyone , breakfast buffet and dinner buffet are the best.

The hotel has nice view to the sea with access to the beach. They should provide free water bottles. There are only two or three restaurants near by and a small mini market. Most of the furnitures inside the hotel area are old. Parking spots are very small so if you have regular size car it is difficult to park. Pillows are very uncomfortable.

Väldigt fint hotell, med fantastiskt läge. Personalen var otroligt trevliga och tillmötesgående och levererade service på toppnivå. Kan verkligen rekommenderas!

Fiz uma reserva para quatro diárias e fiquei no quarto 30, que tem um tamanho excelente e uma vista muito bonita. No entanto, o quarto apresentava um aspecto de velho e sujo. O hotel se apresenta como quatro estrelas, mas, na prática, não passa de três. O quarto era antigo, com cheiro de mofo, e o ar condicionado não funcionou na primeira noite (dá para imaginar o calor insuportável em pleno mês de julho). Dormimos em outro quarto nessa noite. A equipe foi solícita, mas o problema só foi resolvido no dia seguinte. Os atendentes, de todas as áreas, são muito atenciosos, porém, faço uma observação aos dos restaurantes, que, embora sejam solícitos e cordeais, pareciam desorientados, como se estivessem em outro planeta. Enfim, o único ponto positivo foi a localização e a vista. No mais, não recomendo.

Fabulous, safe spot. Lovely little coves and beaches, plus mini-markets, restaurants etc. Staff seemed dissatisfied, bar reception. Breakfast staff absolutely appalling to the point of shouting at guests for removing dirty plates that should have been cleared to sit down. Food was chaotic and cooked often cold, but all else, great. Suspect there is an under-staffing issue there

Jättebra läge, bra badmöjligheter, bra frukost, dålig service i restaurangen, dåliga möjligheter att få solstol under högsäsong då folk går upp tidigt och lägger handdukar på solstolarna.

Väldigt bra läge med egen access till havet. Enda problemet var att alla gäster paxar solstolar på natten så att man inte kan få en plats vid havet. Servicen på restaurangen var riktigt kass. Lång väntetid vid varje steg. Menyerna kommer efter 30 min. Ingen vill ta din beställning. Behöver vänta 1h på maten och sedan vänta på att få notan. Samma väntetid oavsett om restaurangen var tom på gäster eller fullsatt.

Vi är en familj på 5 och vi var väldigt nöjda över att få ett familjerum med två sovrum, två badrum och en stor terrass. Vi är dock väldigt besvikna på servicen. Vid de tillfällen vi valde att äta lunch på hotellet tog det alltid lång tid och vi fick ibland inte in det vi beställt. Det var liksom ingen i personalen som brydde sig om att komma förbi och ”titta till” så jag fick tex gå till köket och be om en sked till soppan. Småsaker men detta var hela tiden. Hotellet ligger ganska avsides och man behövde ta buss eller taxi. Tyvärr fick vi väldigt lite hjälp från receptionen att boka taxi, till och med så att spanjorer ”på gatan” reagerade över att ”det här borde hotellet ha hjälpt er med”. Receptionisterna på kvällstid gillar inte att jobba med människor. Vi hade förväntat oss mycket bättre service givet 4 stjärnor, vi skulle inte rekommendera hotellet till någon men vi var nöjda med rummet vi bodde på.

Stayed here for a few nights in between European cities, which was nice to sit and enjoy the beach. Bus was super convenient into Palma, right outside the hotel. Breakfast buffet had decent selection and was nice to not have to go offsite for this meal. Pool area was nice and family friendly. Although they say reserving chairs is prohibited, people had their towels out bright and early reserving chairs. It is nearly impossible to get chairs by the pool/beach so be prepared. Service was very slow at the restaurants onsite, and staff at the pool bar wasn't very inviting. Rooms definitely need to be updated but did the job.

Pictures are extremely deceiving, very outdated, room 2.5 star at best. The price you pay is solely for the view of the BonSol hotel & lower deck area. No parking providing and no staff aside from front desk.

We all enjoyed our stay here. We were in awe of the room and the view. Loved being able to jump into the ocean right from the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful. 10/10 stay, would come again.
