Buen hotel para un par de días, céntrico y bien ubicado. En general limpio. Mi habitación por segunda vez consecutiva con problemas hidráulicos en el lavabo y regadera, tarda mucho en desalojar el agua. El precio del desayuno es caro para lo que ofrecen, más si hay varias opciones muy buenas y no caras bastante cerca. Lo uso por cercanía a lugares de interés.

Cuando llegamos a realizar el check in nos comentaron que debíamos esperar a que nos entregarán la habitación porque había personas que habían llegado a las 7am y se les iba a dar prioridad cuando y ya contabamos con un número de habitación.

No servía la Televisión y el Internet era muy lento

Hotel is located very close to all the beautiful sites and museum. The breakfast service is excellent and all the staff were very friendly. I recommend it already to some friends.

‘Seen better days, and ‘be nice if someone would clean the back of a bathroom door annually. But comfy rooms with lots of light, a decent restaurant and I go back just for the little pool and roof-top sunshine.

The staff was great. But we got all sorts of problems with the water system. The shower head was not functioning properly (urgently needed to be decalcified). Terrible noise in the pipes each time we were using the tap to wash our hands.

La ubicación. Pero los cuartos no tienen buena iluminación. El sistema es viejo y resultan cuartos de baño con iluminación mortecina. ¡Terribles!

This hotel is no longer managed by NH Group and the quality has worsened since last time we were here: - mini fridge in room does not work. We notified it both days but they did not do anything. - Tv is big and new but streaming services do not work - no hair drier - no safety box - no filtering active in swimming pool so water was dirty and stagnant - hotel charges 100 pesos a day for their own parking lot - they did not clean our room

El personal es amable y el desayuno está muy rico

Buena habitación, buen hotel Mi única queja son los baños: las lleves de l lavabo están mal instaladas y el agua se sale. La bañera es demasiado pequeña y también el agua se sale.

En general el estado del hotel. La realidad es muy diferente a las fotos que aparecen en la app. Las habitaciones y los baños están muy descuidados. El personal es muy indiferente. No fueron groseros, pero tampoco hospitalarios. El costo de la habitación por noche es muy caro para la calidad de las habitaciones y el servicio. Las habitaciones no van a mejorar, pero el servicio si podría, con una buena supervisión.
