sporchissimo tutto, trasandato, manutenzione scarsa, polvere dappertutto, non hanno tolto nemmeno le bottiglie vuote, asciugamani vecchi e sfilacciati. Un vero scempio!!

L’unica cosa è la colazione ricca di varietà e lo staff della colazione e molto educato. Il resto pulizia terribile,personale della reception non sono all’altezza. Struttura molto povera dí tutto

The room 327 was freezing because the heating system broke down. The hotel was unable to fix it despite a couple of attempts. Its technican suggested that we change the room the day after. It was 9 degrees Celcius on Nov 21 night. My wife and I suffered the freezing night. On Nov 22 morning, I talked to the hotel again that their heating system was not fixed and we must therefore change a room. The hotel replied that it was fully booked but they had some upgrade room and offered that we paid the difference. We refused, believing that it was the hotel's duty to provide rooms with suitable temperature to its guests. After a couple of hours, the heating system worked again. Also, the safe in room did not work and was never fixed. The hair dryer did not work but was later fixed. Believe or not, the mirror on wooden wall was fixed by adhesive tape. It was very difficult to open or close the door because the door frame was not straight enough. Overall, the hotel is very old. There is a good thing though. Its staff was very helpful and smiled all the time.

The hotel is amazingly beautiful and really local to the centre. The staff were nice in the hotel and the room was very nice including bathroom. My only complaint is about the Spa, for two people we paid 1300 MAD for a selected service however they just completed a service which was actually not what we wanted and cost 700MAD instead. When we complained Iman the young girl was laughing at us and she needs to learn some manners. We were scammed and she told us so many lies it’s actually Terrible! This ruined our mood and left a very negative impact for our stay. Not sure why these young girls thinking of themselves and become obnoxious. We wanted our money back and she refused but we showed her on the board how much we should have been charged for what they gave us. The overbooked the ONE working lady downstairs so couldn’t complete our services properly at all!!!!!

I had an unforgettable stay at Hotel Royal Mirage Deluxe Marrakech! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. Manager Mr. Said made sure every detail was perfect, always checking in with a warm smile and genuine care. Special thanks to Zin Eddine at the front desk—so professional, kind, and helpful with everything from check-in to arranging taxis and giving me local tips. The food at the restaurant was a highlight—delicious Moroccan dishes full of flavor and beautifully presented. The chef clearly takes great pride in every plate, and the restaurant staff were so friendly and attentive. And I must mention the spa—an oasis of peace and relaxation. The hammam experience was heavenly, and the massage left me feeling completely renewed. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay so special. Highly recommended!

The property was nice. I expected a bottle of water at check in and there was none. No offer and you have to pay unlike other hotels that give you one or two small bottles in the room. No coffee machine nothing in the room and fridges empty. For a four star acclaimed hotel this is basic necessity to offer water. Additionally, when we came back after a night out, front staff asked us for our room number and I’d, we presented and walked away only to see others behind us were not asked the same. So I told the staff to do the same for those behind us unless he took issue with us. He was forced to treat earl customers the same and I did not appreciate that at all. I’m here with my aunt who covers her head and we need to be respected just like all other clients of the hotel. I was disappointed by this, lack of water and this just could have made all the difference for our stay. Pool is nice and clean, breakfast is 2/5 was not very good but the doorman was the best and most enjoyable.

The people there were extremely friendly. We enjoyed the tea and the live music and the lobby. The rooms were clean and our maid did an excellent job of making sure we were taken care of. The balcony view of the Jr suite was better than we could’ve imagined, and this was the largest room we’ve ever gotten in our years of travel!

J’ai choisi cet hôtel plutôt qu’un autre pour passer quelques nuits, mais à mon arrivée, l’accueil a été très décevant. La personne à la réception m’a ignoré, m’a demandé sèchement d’aller m’asseoir, puis a continué à discuter au téléphone sans me calculer. Heureusement, le bagagiste a pris le relais et s’est montré professionnel, mais ce n’est clairement pas l’accueil que j’attendais.

Wunderschönes im marrokanischen Stil eingerichtetes Hotel, was aber im Detail 5 Sterne meiner Meinung nach nicht verdient. Die Liste ist lang. Nur einige Beispiele: Sehr laute Umgebung bis tief in die Nacht durch Clubs mit Live-Musik oder dem Straßenverkehr. Das Frühstück ist verbesserungswürdig, Note 4. Warm gehaltene Speisen sehen unappetittlich aus. Es wird nicht aufgefüllt, was alle ist, auch wenn noch genügend Zeit ist. Die Frühstückszeiten sind gut bis 10.30h. Es fehlt gängiges Geschirr wie Teelöffel, Müslischale, obwohl Cornflakes angeboten werden, kleine Schälchen für Marmelade. Alles erhält man erst auf Nachfrage. Es dauert zu lange bis freigewordene Tische sauber gemacht und abgeräumt werden. Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, Toilette vom Bad getrennt, Möbel und Schränke müssten in Ordnung gebracht werden, die Wände in Bad und Toilette sauber gemacht werden.Balkontür ließ sich nur sehr schwer öffnen, wurde nicht in Ordnung gebracht. Zimmertür lässt sich von außen nur mit einem großen Knall schließen bei vielen Zimmern. Die Liste ist lang, daher für mich keine 5 Sterne. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Very good location close to the market and the centre of Marrakesh yet enough out of the way to be very quiet

Lovely hotel that could perhaps have done with a little more TLC. The floor in my room was well past it's sell by date and the WiFi was a bit flakey.

The stay was wonderful, I have stayed at the Royal Mirage previously- this was my 6th visit The staff are amazing, in particular the reception staff Nagoua in particular was amazing. Lovely service overall and the location is brilliant for quick walk into downtown and Medina
