전체 평가 및 리뷰 Hotel AR Los Arcos

Hotel em plena decadência, quartos com cheiro de esgoto insuportável quase não conseguimos ficar dormimos com a janela aberta, pegamos 2 quartos no quarto do meu amigo também estava cheirando esgoto. Atendimento bem antipático, o proprietário precisa decidir se quer continuar com hotel para hospedagem ou só alugar para eventos, fica tudo misturado recepção, sala de evento e hóspedes. A cidade é incrível e o hotel afetou nossa decisão de ir embora antes.

Good hotel with great location, near Segovia's city center. In general, the hotel needs to be updated/remodeled, thus it shouldn't be cataloged as a 4 stars hotel.

We liked almost everything but Segovia is kind of cold at this time, we got there after the restaurant was close, we were tired and in the room they did not have even a teapot so we can have something hot, the toilet cover was broken and we reported it but it was a Holiday and maintenance was not available to fix it, they offered another room but we had unpacked. We liked it very much and will go back again.

The front desk personnel were lovely. The restaurant staff was was professional. The food at the restaurant was excellent.

Todo bien, lo único un poco de ruido ya que la habitación daba para la avenida principal.

El estado del hotel era bastante mejorable, se nota que hace tiempo que no renuevan.La habitación era muy ruidosa, se oía todo el jaleo del exterior aún con las ventanas cerradas. Lo mejor del hotel es su ubicación, a un paso del centro

Hotel algo antiguo, le hace falta una buena reforma, aislamiento frente a ruidos exteriores y el baño en mal estado los elementos de madera

La salle de sport n’est pas en fonctionnement et c’était la raison principale de mon choix de cet hôtel. Il n’y a pas de quoi se préparer une boisson chaude ni à la réception ni dans la chambre. Je ne suis pas satisfait dans la globalité.

El hotel está bien situado y tiene un restaurante de categoría. La única pega es que las habitaciones no están todo lo insonorizadas que deberían para mi gusto.

The breakfast was good value, and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was a bit crowded with one chair, yet we would have liked having use of a second chair. Appreciated the little fridge. Most disappointing was lack of notice that the workout gym would be closed. I checked the hotel's website before we arrived and nothing was said about the gym's closure.

Alojaniento bien situado para ir a la zona monumental. Limpio. Un poco desgastado del uso pero correcto. Personal muy amable. Se puede aparcar detrás del hote, hay zona azul y a continuación zona blanca

Horrible. Se rompió el ascensor, tuvimos que subir escaleras sin ninguna ayuda. No había agua caliente en el edificio. La peor experiencia de mi vida.
