Front Desk staff was very impolite. When I ask more information, he gave me the paper telling I can find, at the time not many guests are there.

This property and community are immaculate. I was blown away by how beautiful the entire property is. I would also like to call out the front desk team, which may be the most polite and helpful resort staff I have ever met.

Beautiful hotel, and very tranquil atmosphere from our balcony facing the golf course. Beds were comfortable, the balcony was a nice feature, and the room was spacious.

Although there were some concerns on the evening of our arrival the overall stay was nice.

“A Perfect Golf Getaway!” One of the best things about this place was the convenience—you didn’t even have to drive to play golf! Just a short walk, and you’re on the course. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, making for a scenic and relaxing experience. Whether you’re there for golf or just to enjoy the surroundings, it’s a fantastic spot. Highly recommend!

The property is located in a very nice area and the staff is friendly especially the Doormen. I have been to Ross Bridge many times and I do think they should update the guest rooms. I experienced a very humiliating situation with one of the housekeeping Supervisors while visiting this past weekend and was made to think that this horrendous incident was accommodated and today I realize that it wasn’t. I will be calling the property management and definitely get to the bottom of this situation. I am very much disappointed and dissatisfied with this outcome.

The property was okay. They need back up generators storm last night and lights went off about 1:25am

Paid extra for a balcony room and our balcony opened to the rooftop of the building below.

This property is beautiful! It has tons of amenities for both adults and children. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I would recommend this to everyone.
