전체 평가 및 리뷰 Grandview at Las Vegas

너무너무 좋았어요~ 위치도 좋고, 넓고 취사도구도 많고!! 다음에도 여기에서 머물고 싶어요~

룸내부가 청결하게 정리되어 사용시 편리해요. 그리고 스트립과 거리가 있어 조용합니다. 다만 식사하기가좀 불편했어요

체크인 하는대 1시반 이상 걸렸습니다...

가족이 지내기 정말 좋은 장소 입니다.

타임쉐어형(콘도) 호텔이었다. 그런 설명이 없어 모르고 갔었는데, 방번호에 룸이 A, B로 두개씩 각각의 스위트룸으로 분리, 처음엔 거실을 공유하는 곳인가 해서 잘못 예약했다 싶었다. 동 현관에도 카드키로, 방 두개에 또 현관이 있는 셈이어서, 안전성에 철저를 기하고 있었다. 구비된 시설에도 깜짝 놀랐다. 완벽하게 모든 기기가 다 구비되어 있었다. 식기세척기, 오븐, 각종 식기 및 세제, 키친타올까지, 하물며 세탁기에 세제까지도 있었다. 여행의 시작무렵이어서 세탁기를 사용하지 못함이 내내 아쉬웠다. 자꾸지욕조까지.. 남편은 라스베가스 스트립에 있는 호텔을 하자는걸 내가 우겨서 했는데, 얼마나 뿌듯하던지.. 너무 깨끗해서 남편이 열심히 설거지하고, 나중에 그릇들도 모두 제자리에 챙겨 두는 등, 고객마저 청결히 사용하게 하는 곳이었다. 최고!!! Sema show 때문에 갔었는데, 컨벤션 센타 까지는 15분여 정도? 공항에서도 가깝고, 프리미엄 아울렛 싸우스에서도 아주 가깝다. 주변에 Smith 라는 수퍼마켓의 셀러드는 환상적이었다.

Wonderful but far from Las Vegas bv. If you have a car, then very good to stay at this hotel.

Nice and clean room

Property is dated and needs to be updated. No ventilation in the hallways, smells and warm. Dirty laundry sat in the hallway after a room or rooms were cleaned until the next day.

Really likes it here. Spacious, clean, and quiet.

This room was a full size single bedroom apartment. Laundry, full kitchen (dishwasher, toaster, stove/oven, etc). king size bed, …..everything needed!!

Needs snack bar at the pool

Love the pool and love the rooms… Great place to stay if u ever visit Las Vegas… Hopefully I can get some deals at South Point so can stay here again!!!

mini golf was great

For the price it’s a SUPER GREAT DEAL. Location is a bit away from the strip, BUT you get more peace and quiet. Parking may be easier for those who have no issues walking, but for those who have mobility issues as long as someone in your party drives they can drop the person(with mobility issues - we traveled with elderly so this was key) off at the door while the driver parks(which may be a 10-15 min walk) to the front door of each building. The inside of the condo was excellent /well-equipped and clean. Just had an issue with one part of our condo not getting cleaned by the time we checked in. Staff were very kind and courteous. When we called the front desk to report it they had someone clean up the newly used room within the hour of the call, and was good as new. Room A/C was excellent for the Spring Season of 2025. Loved the comfort of the condos, and felt very at peace.
