전체 평가 및 리뷰 Castle at Waikīkī Grand

Cleaning fee charged but, no cleaning during stay. Towel changes once another day, and you need to bring them to desk. You need to clear trash bin by yourself. No physical key or card, you will get passcode for your room. It says it has parking lot, but no space will be available for you. Power outlet in dangerous spot and even plug for hair dryer can’t fit it.

It was the worst hotel ever I do not usually leave the review but this one i felt i had to. The first room we got, the shower didnt work and water did not drain at all. And there was a garbage can right in front the room with trash bags uncleaned. So we changed the room. Room was better but there wasnt DOOR LOCK. I was able to open the door from outside without pressing anything.(there was no keycard or key anything, but the pin number to get in) the door lock was there for accessory. So i had to put all my baggages in front of the door. There was no hair dryer and the phone to call to the front desk. Worthless to spend over 100 dollars for a night.

Location was good, They charge 99 dollors of cleaning fee.

호텔룸이 다소작으나 혼자 지낼만합니다. 룸청소를 3일에 한번씩 해주는것은 불편함

비교적 친절하고 청소상태는 좋았으나 위치가 한적한것도 아니고 쇼핑몰 접근성이 좋은것도 아닌 정도?에어컨소리는 너무 커서 창문 열고 지냈고 전화기는 고장나 있고 시설이 모두 노후되어있었음 단지 음식해먹을수 있는거 빼곤 주차 동물원에 댈수 있는거 정도? 다시 가라면 안갈거 같아요 ...

기존 익스피디아 호텔 계약 반식과 달라서 요금청구를 별도로 11만원가량 더하여 불쾌했다 물론 확인 안하고 예약했던 우리탓이지만 일관성있게 다른 호텔들과 똑같이 가격제시를 했으면 좋겠다 이가격이면 안갔지

객실이 좀 좁은것 외에 좋습니다 와이키키 걸어서 5분 내외 거리에 있고 1층에 아침식사 가능한 곳도 맀습니다. 객실이 좁아서 불편합니다

무료주차, 와이키키해변도 가깝고~ 만족합니다~ 다만, 3일에 한번 청소와.. 타월을 매일 받아야하는데.. 늦어서 비치타월2개뿐이 못받았다는게.아쉬웠습니다.

전반적으로 만족한 숙소입니다. 와이키키 해변과 아주 가까운곳에 위치하여 편리했습니다. 다른호텔과 달리 콘도타입이라서 별도 리조트피가 없습니다. 3일마다 maid 서비스($25)가 있으나 선택가능합니다. 키친바가 있어서 간단하 요리도 가능합니다. 단지 흠이라면, 냉장고와 에어컨 소음이 있으나, 익숙해지면 괜찮습니다. 직원들 또한 친절하게 응대해주었고, 부기보드도 공짜로 빌려줍니다 ㅎㅎ

동물원 바로 앞이라 그런지 너무 시끄럽.. ㅋ 자연의 소리지만 시끄럽... 시설 자체는 정말 낙후 하지만 직원들은 친절하고 좋습니다.

Location is very good. BUT service and facility is disappointed. Parking arer was small and small in number.

구글맵을 통해서 실제적인 거리를 많이 신경써서 호텔을 선택했습니다. 물론 쉐라톤과 같은 고급스러운 분위기는 아니지만 직원들이 친절하고 무엇보다 해변과 가까운 위치, 호놀루루 동물원 앞 공원의 한가로운 분위기가 마음에 들었습니다.

the room was in poor condition, noisy, climate control was attached directly to the bed, very uncomfortable to sleep. reaction of the administration equal to zero, responses to requests were simply not answered. Es fand keine Reinigung des Zimmers statt.

Privately owned rooms. More like an air bnb.. the staff for our room was great. One of the lobby attendants was horrible. Parking is a commodity so make sure to call the property and book that immediately otherwise options are scarce and very expensive. The zoo is right across the street and most restaurants are pretty good.

Partial ocean view was visible. There was no parking at this property. If you stay at this property you will not have parking

Location is great. Right across from the zoo. However, there were issues from the start. 1. If you want a parking space, you'll need to reserve it on a different website from the hotel. https://www.wghparking.com. Make sure you book it well before your trip. I didn't know this and had to find street parking the first night. 2. If you're booking a CASTLE rsvn, you'll check in at the Waikiki Grand's front desk first. Then you'll be directed to rm 503 to finish the check in. This was a first for me. There the Castle employees will give you your rm # and key code. 3. Pictures on Hotels.com were NOT accurate, at all! City view w/ kitchenette? Umm ok. But where was the couch? Luckily, there was a CAMPING COT hidden by the bathroom or else my son would've had to sleep on the floor. 4. Speaking of the floor. Still had sand on the floor when we arrive. Dirty. 5. If you need the room dark in order to sleep, forget it. The "curtains" were nothing more than sewing material with Hawaiian print on it. All the lights from the walkway illuminated the room at night. It was so bright, I had to cover my face with the blanket just to sleep. 6. The corner of the bed is very close to the kitchen cabinet. Maybe a16 inch clearance? I ended up whacking my shin on the wooden bed frame and ended up with a bleeding cut due to it. 7. Make sure you rotate the TV back against the kitchen wall before you go to bed. Or at least remember to duck. You get what you pay for. Beware

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Castle! The room came equipped with a view of the ocean, Diamond Head, and the Honolulu Zoo. We were walking distance from the ABC store and Waikiki beach and about 1/2 a mile from the International Marketplace for some light shopping and an array of restaurants facing the beach. The AC was amazing and came in clutch especially at night. The kitchenette was well equipped for cooking, and the room came with snorkel gear, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. I feel like it was well worth staying here and would definitely recommend this to anyone I know.

I didn’t realize that this was partially an apartment building that they rented rooms out of. The room wasn’t very clean, even though they charge $250 cleaning fee, which is ridiculous. And there were roaches.

It was overall a clean space, right near the water. There were some bug issues. The women I spoke with during my time there were amazing.
