Hebergement propre . Quartier Katy mills ,ideal pour faire du shopping et trouver a manger .

Wonderful and the staff was so polite and friendly. The staff at the front desk were marvelous and the customer service was outstanding.

The desk employees are very nice

My room had a odor aa so as we walked in and our bathroom door couldn't close or you would be locked in the restroom smh...

Staff was friendly aand rooms clean. Check in staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

The bathroom had mold on the shower curtain, around the bath tub . Very very disappointing and I ended my stay early because of it.

King s my with sofa seating area room was perfect. Staff and check-in were great. Look forward to staying here again when back visiting the area.

Water leak in our closet. Son's clothing, luggage, & shoes were wet. Otherwise property was great.

We loved that the hotel was around alot of places that we took our kids too. Everything about the hotel was perfect. The only thing we didnt like too much was that the pool needed to be cleaned the whole time we stayed there.( 5 days)

Very nice property to visit Katty Mill

I didn’t like that I asked the front desk for two extra pillows and they said they don’t have any.

We love springhill suites hotel in general. Been having a great experiences everytime, and this one is no exception. We stayed for 2 nights in the king bed suite. The room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Location was perfect. So many restaurants close by. Next to the mal but still in the quiet area. Parking was easy. Breakfast was good

Great place to relax. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was average. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Lots of eating establishments nearby and within walking distance of Katy Mills mall.
