비좁고 지저분함

Equipe de funcionários muito atenciosa e solícita. O elevador não estava funcionando quando chegamos, a cama era de molas (muito desconfortável nas costas para dormir) e uma estava quebrada, pendendo para o lado esquerdo. O chuveiro não esquentava direito e quando esquentava, demorava muito. O quarto 208 onde ficamos, era apertado para 3 pessoas. Nos disseram a todo momento para tomar muito cuidado ao sair, pois a região não é segura.

Preferimos no hospedarnos en esta zona. Es muy inseguro. La atención del recepcionista del hotel fue bastante inhumana. La habitación tenía un olor a humo de cigarrillo.

For the breakfast, they give you a voucher for a near-by restaraunt that came with basics like a cup of coffe, orange juice, along with fresh baked medialunas and churros. Things like eggs and extra coffee were charged. There were tons of shops and restaraunts nearby, Abasto Shopping Center, was about a 20 minute walk, Plaza de Mayo was about 35 minutes,and Puerto Modero was about 15-20 minutes by Uber. Its an older place, but feels very well maintainted. My biggest complaints are were that while they say they have A/C, it must be a central cooling type thing, with no way to adjust the tempurature and did not seem to run at night. Nor did they have any sort of electric fan in room, so I was pretty uncomfortable trying to sleep. (This was mid March, average temps were 77 F in the day) The bed in my room felt pretty worn out, like the springs were collapsed, I wasnt poked,.but at times I did feel like the bed was about to collapse. Finally, they advertise that they do pick up and drop off at the airport, however, I did not see the fine print that said the arrangements must be made 72 hours in advance. Overall, I do want to say it was a positive experience, and they were very kind and gracious, allowing me both a very early check-in, and a late check-out, for almost no charge. I would recommend staying here.

El personal es muy amable y gentil. Las habitaciones siempre impecables y el servicio de desayuno tambien es muy bueno

Despite the fact that the Hotel La Perla looks a bit dated, the service received was truly excellent — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The room was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely consider returning on my next visit to Buenos Aires.

Für eine Nacht OK. Bett sehr weich. Ziemlich laut, Lage an vielbefahrener Kreuzung mit wenig Schallisolation.

O atendimento dos funcionários foram excelentes, limpeza também muito boa, localização boa mas não recomendo andar nos arredores. O único ponto que realmente não recomendo, pagamos R$35 reais a mais e não tinha nenhuma opção boa, eram 3 pães doces ou uma torrada queimada, um copo de suco de laranja, pedimos mais um e foi negado então não espere aquele café da manhã de um hotel pq nao é!!!

El desayuno no es Buffett, una estafa, pague por dos desayunos buffett y lo único que ofrecen en café con pan, he perdido el dinero de dos días.

Excelente relación precio calidad muy buena ubicación y ni hablar la excelencia en el trato de todo el personal altamente recomendable y muy bueno lo del estacionamiento en el mismo hotel

Não possui frigobar e o ar condicionado tem que pedir na recepção para regular a temperatura.

All the employees were so wonderful and helpful ! I enjoyed my stay very much and the breakfast vouchers for the restaurant were great, the medialunas are delicious!!
