Good and comfortable [ overall satisfied ]

It was good to stay in this hotel but unfortunately I stayed at room no 207 which is noising of water pouring in the plumbing irregularly… I could not sleep well Anyway, when anyone stay in this hotel, I would like to recommend to avoid this room no 207.. Except this, this hotel is quite nice and affordable to stay.

Overall , hotel accommodation is good and reach to south Vancouver easy. Near there are many restaurants even Korean restaurant ( woori Nara sik dang ) and you can enjoy early breakfast in near ( brogan’s diner ). Of course , there is shopping mall ( willow brook )

The room was spacious and clean the bed was comfortable with good pillows. Staff was warm and helpful.

Clean comfortable and friendly staff

Paid upfront through Expedia, got charged a total of 7 times. Had to contact the hotel 4 times and still have not received my refund. After contacting Expedia they too refused to give me my original payment back after having my card locked from the charges and the hotel not helping me. Not only that but received horrible customer service at check in. I was told by Expedia that I should contact my bank for fraud against the hotel. Do not book through Expedia or the hotel if you want to pay twice for your booking and get 0 customer service.

The room itself seemed cleaned. The front desk staff were less than helpful. I called down to the front desk twice and no one answered either time. There was nothing in the room to let us know what the amenities were or what the services available are. It was an expensive room and not worth the price in my option. My husband also observed pizza crust on the floor of the room where the ice machine was located on the 3rd floor.

Rooms were acceptable. Everything was just ok.

Close to casino and not to far away for drive to Doctor appointments

The hotel rooms are clean. I don't know who chose the colors but they're awful and it looks like the 80's. I would say its probably one of the best options in Langley. Staff at the Casino have always been super cool!

Parking is tough to find in the evening hours.

This property got rid of Starbucks… They really need to put in another coffee shop. They have this little restaurant and you can go in and ask for a basic coffee, but that’s it.
