Room freezing cold even after getting an electric radiator it didn’t warm up much, bathroom cold with damaged electrical surface box which is a bathroom not ideal? Cob webs in the walls, ceiling Holoway, very run down in the room and damp bedding. We even didn’t use the swimming pool as it was so cold in the whole building including the bar area , we had to have our coats on! Parking is available at the extra cost of £15 end not guaranteed if you go out even if you’ve paid for it! Everything was very inconvenient for us.

The hotel unfortunately feels more like a 3 star than a 4 star. The breakfast is quite limited and the rooms weren’t as clean as we would expect. The staff were helpful and kind. The pool is quite small it’s a good size if you manage to get it to yourself but as soon as it gets busy it’s no good. The sauna takes a while to heat up and the steam room was out of order.

Pillows could be thicker and 2 each per guest , a bit of a update in bedroom furniture as it was quite a small room too much furniture.Bathroom was clean but tired , bed also clean but a better mattress would be key for a good sleep , Breakfast was great , only thing maybe to have a selection of vegan options could be provided .Staff were fruendly

Room a bit dated and a bit on the cold side it had air cond but didn’t heat the room

The room was unbearably cold. The pool experience was a disaster. The changing rooms were incredibly cramped, and the pool itself was small with debris floating in the water. Most frustratingly, the showers only had lukewarm water. Shivering in a cold locker room, we desperately needed a warm shower, but it was impossible.The shower in our room was completely blocked.The Wi-Fi signal was so weak and unstable that it was practically useless.

Lovely stay clean and great staff loved stsying here and will be back again and again.. perfect

Room was a little tired although it did have air conditioning The main reason for filling in the survey was the food. The first night it took 50 minutes for the starter to arrive which was only pate. The second night the starter and main course arrived together. The actual food was quite nice

Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel. The English breakfast was very tasty — especially considering that I am a chef working in a five-star hotel in London. The sausages and bacon were exceptionally good. I was slightly disappointed that still water was not available and only sparkling water was offered. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money and we enjoyed our stay.

Clean and good sized room. Good location.friendly staff. Swimming and sauna was good for children. It would be good if swimming pool's water is cleaner.

Very busy time of year Christmas party’s the hotel was a dated but comfortable we had our dog with us so choose this hotel as it was near beach .The lady on reception was very nice and booked us in promptly.The breakfast staff was a little unsure where to put us with a dog we eventually got sorted.Our room was nice had everything we needed

Poor basic room. Couldn’t use the bar because there were parties going on until 1 am. They warned you about the late Christmas parties, but only after you’ve paid, so there is nothing you can do about it. Used to go there in the old days not the same place, wouldn’t bother again.

Had a lovely stay here for our anniversary. Check in was smooth and friendly. Staff were always lovely. Upon arriving in our room the look and quality were great for the price we paid. They had even left us a personalised card. Can't recommend enough.

The room was very clean, which is the most important thing. Bring some water with you: there is no bottled water left in the room and the tap water is undrinkable. Freshly cooked breakfast is satisfactory but coffee was not good: weak and cold.

Very nice rooms, great for kids. Breakfast was extremely good and worth the money. Very happy with the stay

Could give more pillows and maybe some coffee grounds for the room.
