깔끔한 시설 넓은 방 특이한 분위기의 꽤 고급스러운 호텔이었습니다.

5층 바다 바로 앞 방에서 숙박했습니다. 엄청 높지는 않지만 바다가 보이는 좋은 전망이었고, 수영장은 정말 작지만 그래도 나름 귀엽고 괜찮았어요. 다만 엘리베이터가 너무 오래돼서 느리고 덜컹거려 조금 무서웠습니다. (나중에 적응되니 괜찮았어요;) 5번가 바로 앞이고, 버거킹/스타벅스/로컬 음식점들도 매우 가깝습니다. 밤에 엄청 시끄러운 클럽들과는 (코코봉고 근처) 조금 떨어져있어서 많이 시끄럽지는 않았어요. 약간 쿵쾅거리기는 했지만 자는데 지장있는정도는 아니었습니다. 추천해요!

It was outdated, the pool was not clean, it needs to be filtered. My room had a broken glass door. The AC was not working properly.

The hotel is well located but its very noisy, to dificult to rest as the sound outside is very loud and you can hear anything outside and onthe hotel inside your room. The staff is friendly, but the breakfast included is laughable, would be better to not include the breafast on the price, and charge it apart and offer something better and bigger portions, even the milk was not included and charged appart.

If you're looking for simple, inexpensive, breakfast included, in the center, and 2 minutes from the beach, then this will work for you. The entire staff were kind and helpful.

Esta ubicado a 50 mtrs de la playa y en el mero centro de Playa del Carmén. Excelente Ubicación

. The Pros- spitting distance from the ocean, restaurants, 5th avenue, and a very decent soaking pool on the roof. The cons- The bed was hard, and i mean really hard. If you are an early to bed person, remember that this little gem is right in the middle of party central. So it is going to be loud later at night. Overall, for under $50 USD a night it was worth it to us.

Quarto com lençol sujo, parecia que não trocaram do hóspede anterior, as toalhas com manchas de sujeira, a limpeza também ficou a desejar. O hotel nem deveria informar o café da manhã, pois consiste em uma garrafa (encardida) de café e uma jarra de leite. Funcionários sem uniformes. A localização é próximo da 5 avenida, mas torna a hospedagem bem barulhenta, com som alto até a madrugada.

Very far from the pictures a description. Old not maintained room, uncomfortable bed, horrible lights, bad deco, poor water pressure, rusty faucet. The breakfast is a joke too. Spare your time and money and go somewhere else.

NO NO NO. This place has no ability to lock its front door. Young women working alone had no one to call when even she could not access our room w the weird key. 215-3-am. Then put us in another room that didn’t lock. She had no back up. We could have easily been trapped inside. Said there was no one to call and no options. Luckily I had a man with me who barricaded the door with our bags. So unsafe. The second room they put us in after having to have no place to go for 3 hours while they got us a room flooded when I took a short shower.
