정말 최악의 숙박이였습니다 잠자는데 방문을 그냥 열고 들어오지 않나... 체크아웃할때 아무 이유없이 120le를 달라고 하네요 정말최악의 호텔입니다 이거 어떻게 되돌려받죠?

오래된 건물로 인해 노후시설이어서 그런지 분위기가 별로 좋지 않았고, 내부 담배냄새로 인해 1차 방을 이동했습니다. 시설물의 지속적인 유지관리가 필요해보입니다 직원들은 전반적으로 친절했음

가격에 비해 시설이 너무 노후된 호텔입니다. 로비는 그럭저럭 괜찮았는데.. 객실의 경우 너무 노후되었고 길가에 위치한 객실의 경우 소음이 너무 심합니다. 창문의 경우, 제대로 닫히지 않아 소음이 그대로 전달. 이집트인이 대부분 숙박하는 것 같은데, 이집트인이 아니라면 별로 추천하고 싶지는 않습니다 (동일 가격대 주변 국제브랜드 호텔 숙박 권유드립니다.). 택시를 이용하려 택시를 불러달라고 했더니, 로컬 미터 택시가 아닌 호텔앞 다른 택시를 추천(이집트 택시는 조심해서 타야 합니다. 너무 많이 부릅니다.)해서 좀 황당 했습니다 (100 파운드 거리를 300파운드 부름)

불편함이 없는 호텔 이였습니다 와이파이는 다소 느리지만 이로텔에서만 느끼는건 아니구요 전체적으로 카이로 도시가 느리기 때문에 괜찮습니다

Very friendly people and great service . Delicious food and great location . Great spacious rooms and reasonable prices. Well maintained and managed .nice entertainment every night.

Hotel ótimo, cama a e lençóis ótimos, café Dsa manhã e funcionários impecáveis mas o cheiro de esgoto do banheiro é desanimador.

The hotel has a very good location, which makes it convenient to explore the area. It’s also easy to bring food to your room, which is a nice plus. The service is generally good, but it can be quite slow at times. While the staff are helpful, improvements in speed would make the experience much better. Overall, the hotel does not feel like a true 5-star property and is more comparable to a 4-star hotel.

朝食付きプランを予約したはずなのに、チェックインの際、朝食は付いていないと言われた。結局は認められたが、客を嫌な気分にさせたのに何ら謝罪はなかった。 部屋に入るとシンナーの臭いがする部屋で、バスタブには何かの接着剤が一面に塗られていた。知らずに足を入れたため、足裏全体に接着剤が付いた。部屋は代えてもらったが、足裏に付いた接着剤については何もしてもらえなかった。 代わった部屋の暖房は壊れていた。何度か交渉してようやく調べてもらい、すぐには直らないのでオイルヒーターが貸し出された。 朝9時に部屋を出て夕方4時に帰ってきても部屋のメイキングはされていなかった。 掃除機を使った床掃除はなされない。床の小さなゴミや髪の毛はそのまま。 エレベーターはボタンをいくら押しても反応しないときがあった。 5星ホテルとは思えなかった。

Location is amazing. However rooms are a bit outdated. Breakfast is really good and has grea varieties. Also the price was very reasonable compared to other 5 stars hotels in the area like Sheraton but saying that it has less facilities than Sheraton. What I didn’t like what the concierge services on checking out. They had a guest from the Arab Gulf who they knew was tipping them. They watched us struggling to get the bags out and didn’t care less. In my same visit I needed a hotel and again the price was reasonable but I chose not to stay at this hotel mainly due to this lack of service.

Room was large and in general clean, but walking in the room in bare feet, my feet were so dirty from the floor

L'aspetto peggiore sono state le feste che tutte le sere si tenevano nell'albergo, anche fino alle 4 di notte, e che si sentivano distintamente in camera. La camera in cui ho alloggiato è stata rinnovata recentemente ma nessuno si è preoccupato di pulire ad esempio gli schizzi di pittura. Posso assicurare che chi puliva aveva i capelli neri e corti :), anche se non l'ho visto/a. Struttura con alcune parti rinnovate ed altre datate. Personale gentile

Oda yenilenmisti ancak temiz degildi tekrar temizlik istedik.Lavabonun gideri tikaliydi ici su doldu. Sonrasinda sabah 4 e kadar alt katimizdaki balo salonundan muzik yayini vardi. Uyarmamiza rağmen yonetim hicbir sekilde mudahele etmedi. Uyuyamadigimiz, rahat edemedigimiz bir otele Misirin en yuksek fiyatini odedik. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Our room was good. It’s not as big as our room in Pyramisa in Luxor. But we are right by a quiet side of the hotel so we did sleep well not to hear much about the traffic. The breakfast was okey. The check out was so quick better than when we check in. It’s about 35 minutes from Cairo airport. We paid 700 each way Egyptian pounds. They have a swimming pool but we didn’t get the chance to use it.
