Amazing hotel.

Good location and good staff. No complaints !!

This hotel boasts an excellent location in Lower Town—within easy walking distance of most attractions. The property was spotless and the on-site restaurant Matto was exceptional, offering a fantastic dining experience.

Property was ideal for walking around Old Quebec. Great shops and good options.

It was a very good stay. Room was spacious, area was quiet, yet very well located. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Juste Parfait!

Fabulous hotel in Old Quebec City. Great location in the heart of the historic district. Close to many restaurants, art galleries and historic sites. The staff was excellent starting with the valet for our car, and the staff at check-in. This hotel has tons of character with modern amenities. We will definitely stay here again.

Little things not at 5Star level. Hotel otherwise was very good and we will likely return another year.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel 71. The location is perfect with the hotel near the most beautiful streets in Old Quebec, the Breakneck Stairs and Umbrella Alley. The rooms have modern amenities with the charm of an historic building. The front desk staff are very pleasant. There was a mix up when we were checking out, but the issue was resolved in a very professional manner. Thank you for hosting our vacation!

Second time staying at this property. Great location - steps away from everything in old Quebec. Excellent, fast service. We never need to look for another hotel to stay at when in Quebec City.

Excellent service, personnel courtois et à l’écoute. Rapidité pour les demandes (plus de serviettes, appel d’un taxi, etc.) Propreté de la chambre et commodités, belle vue et bonne odeur dans les pièces. Beaux produits dans la chambre et emplacement parfait à 5 minutes de marche de tous les restaurants du vieux Québec.

Fantastic hotel. The location is perfect, an easy walk to many sights. The service was impeccable. The bed, including pillows and sheets was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. There are many gorgeous gathering spaces in the hotel and several appreciated touches like a specialty coffee machine in the lobby and a filtered water station.

The location was great, easy to walk around. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Definitely would stay again
