It was just okay.

3일내내 엘레베이터 고장이었음. 5층까지 걸어서 왔다갔다함. 열쇠가 모두 금속열쇠임... 침대는 매우 소프트함. 지어진지 오래되었음. 딱 출장용으로만 사용

토론토 호텔비가 너무 비싼데. 저렴하고 위치도 좋았어요. 다만 일부 후기에서도 보이듯이 시설이 많이 낡았다는 건 어쩔 수 없네요. 시설 정비만 하셔도 너무 좋은 호텔이 될텐데 안타까웠어요,.

시설이 노후화되어 별도였지만 가격대비 나쁘지 않음. 주택단지 안에 위치하고 있어 조용함. 그리고 주변 관광지와의 접근성이 좋음.

저렴한 가격과 주변이 조용합니다. 도심과 가까와 접근성도 좋습니다.

I'd like to recommend about this hotel. My flight was delayed and I arrived at there at 3:00 in the morning. The employee was very kind and the room was also good. The facility was a little old, but the place was quite and clean.

Near park, strong wifi, friendly staff,

The staff was very helpful and attentive. The room was clean and we loved having the ability to have our meals in our room because of the little kitchinette. The proximity to TWH was the main reason for our stay but we were impressed with how easy it would be to travel by streetcar to the Skydome, CN Tower and other main attractions in downtown Toronto.

The room was good. Handy kitchenette. Clean. Good location. Guests should understand that 5 of the 6 floors are rented by the city to accommodate homeless women. Not a problem for me but some of the homeless people were loitering in the first floor area, which is itself a bit shabby. The arrangement produces a vibe that some may not be comfortable with. 6th floor is more of a standard hotel.

Giving this a one star rating even though I didn’t stay because the deposit is ridiculously high as compared to the other hotels and you’ll only know it once you have provided them your valid ID’s snd credit card’s info. This feels like hiding an important information when booking. You may get my $80 but that’s all you can!

Close to hospital where I had an appointment at. Stayed at the Alexandra about 10 times in the last 2 years. Never had a problem. It’s nice to have a kitchenette in room allowing to make something to eat should you desire or even just a cup of tea or instant coffee. There is a grocery store about 2 blocks away to get supplies.

Great location, the staff was super nice. The rooms have been updated and were very clean as well. There are some interesting characters in the neighbourhood, but the price and location were well worth it for our visit.

It was alright, not the best I stay in

Staff were courteous, parking was easy. Our floor was quiet. This is definitely a case of, “you get what you pay for”. Very run down overall, but clean in appearance. Bed was comfortable. Room was scorching hot even with the heat turned off. Bathroom door didn’t close, which was funny if anything. The location worked for the purposes of my trip, but overall not somewhere I would stay for a cozy, relaxing time.

Convenient location

The room was very simple and clean. The front staff were both very friendly. There were lots of cameras set up front to ease the worry of the people hanging around outside at all times of day. The surrounding area downtown was easily assessable. Lots of fun stuff to do near by. We were in the city for a concert so this was a good place to stay as everything was close.
