체크인 할때 친절하게 설명해줘서 좋았고 조식은 보통입니다. 핸드폰으로 룸키를 대신한 건 좋은 아이디어라고 생각합니다

호텔 바로 앞이 번화가라 편했습니다. 번화가지만 시끄럽진 않았어요. 직원들도 친절했고 공영주차장과는 그닥 멀지는 않았지만 큰 캐리어를 끌고 가기엔 좀 힘들었네요. (크리스마스 기간부터 새해초까지는 주차도 무료였어요.)

위치 좋고 저렴한 가격대비 무난하게 좋아요. 리셉션분들 모두 친절하시고 침구도 푹신하고 괜찮았어요. 어메니티는 샴푸겸 바디워시, 비누 제공됩니다.

아비뇽기차역에 내려서 쭉 직진 도보에 10분내로 가깝고 주요 관광지랑 가까워서 좋음. 조식비용은 별도로 지급햇는데 가격대비 별루예요

The front desk staff had excellent customer service! This was a great location, easy access to everything and the room was nice and cool and comfortable. Great experience!

Overall quite satisfied with the stay, room is a bit small but as expected. Breakfast is a bit too basic, could be a bit more diversified. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to other travelers.

Chambre propre, accueil agréable

The location is excellent. In the middle of everything. Easy walk from train station. Receptionist Alexandra very helpful. Rooms and hotel could use major renovations. Comfortable enough for one Person. Towels need to be replaced. They are grey and worn. However I would stay again due to its affordable price and excellent location.

The hotel is centrally situated on a quiet street. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well even in a heatwave. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was quite adequate. Overall, very good value for what I paid.

Tolle Lage, sehr zentral gelegen.

Jättebra läge, väldigt prisvärt, rummet var stort med bra AC och sköna sängar. Korridoren känns dock som ett hostel med sovsalskänsla. Hotellet ger 25% rabatt på det närmaste parkeringshuset 5 min promenad bort. Trevlig personal! Inte provat frukosten.

The reception staff was super friendly and helpful. However a few issues. I got room 410. Took elevator to 4th floor. Turns out some of the 4xx trims are ar a 5th floor and you got to haul your suitcase up a narrow staircase. The cups in the room are chipped, and no handle so when you make tea, the cups are too hot to hold. The airco is insufficient, it made the room only drop a few degrees. And I chase a bunch of mosquitoes that were in the room when I got there. In the morning I had 2 mosquito bites in my forehead and a few on my arms. Great view for pictures taking during sightseeing. I came back late night after our whole day, and the door of my room was not properly close by housekeeping. Been like that whole day long. Luckily I didn’t find anything missing. I noticed myself that I had to pull on the door to close it, I would assume housekeeping would know that too. On check out, I asked if I could check out half hour later so I can early morning still hit a museum before checkout. When I was reading doing last toilet before leaving room, housekeeping entered the room. I would expect they should know if customers didn’t check out yet. The towels were a little bit on the used side.

The room was really small, but that’s more of a Europe thing than a specific thing. The staff were amazing! Super kind and helpful. The breakfast was yummy. The location is fantastic. As with many hotels we’ve seen so far, this one seems to be fit into an older building so it’s not like a new Holiday Inn in any town in the US, but it’s a fantastic place to stay in Avignon. Did I mention the staff was fantastic? You couldn’t ask for nicer people.
