체크인 할때 친절하게 설명해줘서 좋았고 조식은 보통입니다. 핸드폰으로 룸키를 대신한 건 좋은 아이디어라고 생각합니다

호텔 바로 앞이 번화가라 편했습니다. 번화가지만 시끄럽진 않았어요. 직원들도 친절했고 공영주차장과는 그닥 멀지는 않았지만 큰 캐리어를 끌고 가기엔 좀 힘들었네요. (크리스마스 기간부터 새해초까지는 주차도 무료였어요.)

위치 좋고 저렴한 가격대비 무난하게 좋아요. 리셉션분들 모두 친절하시고 침구도 푹신하고 괜찮았어요. 어메니티는 샴푸겸 바디워시, 비누 제공됩니다.

아비뇽기차역에 내려서 쭉 직진 도보에 10분내로 가깝고 주요 관광지랑 가까워서 좋음. 조식비용은 별도로 지급햇는데 가격대비 별루예요

We never stayed in the hotel because there were problems with the room so they moved us to another hotel which was barely ok.

Breakfast was good. Typical continental.

I loved my room. Even though smaller, it was so very charming with tall ceilings and windows that led to a small balcony overlooking the main boulevard. You cannot beat the location. Just steps away from everything. Even a small desk to write in my journal. Thank you so much for a authentic and lovely space.

Perfect location. Great price. Very happy! The room was small and lacked a refrigerator and microwave. Clean and in proper working order, just small. The bathroom was great, again, small. Perfect shower.

Accueil souriant et professionnel, chambres joliment décorées, propres et calmes. Salle de bain/toilettes un peu exigüe mais très propres.

Hotel idéalement situé, beaucoup de charme, literie très confortable et décorée avec soin. Equipement nécessaire au rdv. Accueil soigné et apprécié. Seul mini bémol, l'isolation phonique, Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Le personnel présent était gentil et efficace. Mais nous déplorons qu’il n’y avait pas de personnel en place entre 20h et 7h le matin. Le système de clé électronique était compliqué pour des clientes de notre âge et ne fonctionnait pas toujours. Heureusement que la personne à l’accueil nous a fait des cartes.

Staff very helpful. Great location! Smallish bathroom.

The room was basic but adequate for a short stay. It was very centre to many attractions in the old city. Did not have much interaction with staff. Had an incident in the middle of the night 3 am. A guest went rampaging through the hotel screaming like a bat out of hell banging on bedroom doors with such force there is damage. We were terrified to leave our room and at one point I was about to scream out of the bedroom window. There was no night attendant in the hotel and therefore no one to address this problem. Fortunately the police arrived and everything quietened but we did not want to go back to sleep for fear it would start again. We reported problem to staff in morning and although apologies no real explanation for the terror we suffered. Would not recommend or use hotel again
