Nice hotel with very helpful staff. Very good position for the beach and many restaurants and bars. Annoyed on our last night that the SkyBar wasn't open because football was on. Not everybody is interested in Football! Lovely selection for breakfast.

Overall a good stay. We stayed in the 16th floor and the room was basic but met all our needs with a nice view of the harbour , comfortable beds and a decent bathroom. The room was cleaned daily and the maids were extremely helpful. Some things in the hotel are slightly dated with plaster missing on some of the balcony's. We also had a small issue with the shower on two days where it just stopped mid shower for around 5 minutes (not sure if this was due to the water pressure) The pool does not open to 11am and is locked behind a gate although this didn't bother us as we went a walk in the morning for a late breakfast and some coffee. Pools is decent with a nice view , staff go round and ensure the sunbeds are taken by guest staying at the hotel and not non staying guests - this is due to the pool having a skybar that is open to the public. The location is great with the beach across the street and bars/restaurants all within a small walking distance. The train station is also only 10 minutes away. Overall we would return

Central location on the front.All the staff extremely helpful room cleaners excellent. Lovely roof top pool with good table service. Only negative was the lifts.Very slow but that’s all good stay

Positif: L'hôtel est situé en face de la plage. Le petit-déjeuner est très complet. Par contre: * Les prix sont élevés * le stationnement proposé (souvent plein) est loin de l'hôtel (il y a d'autres stationnements plus proches et pour le même prix. * L'hôtel est vieillot et les chambres sont petites. * La salle de bains est minuscule et il faut pratiquement enjamber le bol de toilette pour aller dans la douche, elle aussi très petite. * Le carrelage de la salle de bains a du vécu. * Autour du lit, aucune table de chevet * Le lit est à la limite du confort

Bed was incredibly hard & not very comfortable. The bathroom seemed a bit dirty in my opinion, even after the housekeeping team had cleaned each day. The rooms are not soundproof at all so it’s possible to be woken up by drunk holidaymakers throughout the night which is annoying. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The pool bar views are wonderful BUT the bar is quite expensive and you're not allowed to bring in your own drinks so we didn't use it.

Veldig dårlig vask og harde madrasser. Ellers perfekt beliggenhet.

Väldigt lyhörda rum och i mitt tycke alldeles för enkel frukost till den kostnaden

Litt skuffende lite tilbud av glutenfri produkter. Frokostblanding, knekkebrød og rundstykker hadde vært ønskelig. Laktosefri yoghurt også.

Har været på hotellet flere gange men syntes det efterhånden er blevet lidt slidt . Havde bestilt et værelse med havudsigt den var fin hvis jeg stod på et bestemt sted på altanen. Ellers var min udsigt til et tag hvor det flød med gamle håndklæder og skidt . Det var lidt øv 😔

Brilliant location and have stayed here before with no issues. But this time there was a number of large group of golfers which lead to a lot of moise

Alt var helt ok.

Rigtig godt hotel med fine værelser. Vi havde en helt fantastisk havudsigt på 16 etage. Værelset var super lækkert og rent, man havde endda havudsigt, når man stod i badet. Morgenmaden var også vældig fin. Rigtig god oplevelse og helt klart et hotel, vi vender tilbage til.

Very good value for the location. I am from Australia and had never heard of Fuengirola. I had an amazing week and great time at the hotel. It is a clean and well maintained establishment.

Bra frokost, flott sky bar. Litt spesielt gulv på rommene. Bytte av håndklær og renhold på rommene hver dag. Hyggelig betjening.

Very basic. Property in extremely poor state of repair. From the outside all the balconies appear to be falling to bits. Lifts very slow. Pool area absolutely no shade and in blazing sun all day long. It was fit for purpose for a 3 day stay but would not stay again.

Tyvärr blev vår vistelse på Hotel El Puerto by Pierre & Vacances en besvikelse. Personalen kändes ofta frånvarande och det verkade ständigt vara ny personal på plats, vilket gjorde servicen opersonlig och ojämn. Rummet höll inte den standard vi förväntade oss. Sängarna var mycket obekväma, kuddarna dåliga och TV:n fungerade inte. Badrummet var litet, hade problem med avloppet och det fanns även tecken på mögel. Vi upptäckte dessutom fladdermöss utanför balkongen. Hotellet är väldigt lyhört och man hör tydligt folk i korridorerna och vid hissarna. Hissystemet var också frustrerande, med långa väntetider, särskilt om man bodde högre upp i byggnaden. Det enda verkliga pluset är hotellets läge. I övrigt levde hotellet inte upp till våra förväntningar, och vi kommer tyvärr inte att välja att bo här igen.
