디자인도 너무 독특하고 예쁘고 위치듀 좋고 서비스도 친절하고 레스토랑이랑 바도 좋았어요 수영장 공사중이라 조금 아쉬웠지만 그래도 굳굳

호텔 리셉션 친절한데 호텔의 레스토랑은 불친절.. 자하하디드 컨셉 룸에 묵었는데 다음엔 다른 방에 자보고싶네요. 시내까지 접근성이 애매해요.

주변에선 알아주는 고급호텔같았다. 여러가지 편의시설이 많고 고급스럽다.

좋은 시설

환상적인 경험을 제공할 호텔. 엘리베이터 문이 열리자마자 보이는 광경부터 보는 이를 압도한다. 층별로 모두 다른 독특한 디자인의 객실과 공용공간을 체험할 수 있다. 자하 하디드, 장 누벨 등 세계의 다양한 최고의 건축가들이 자신의 역량을 쏟아내어 만든 객실들은 평범한 것이라고는 하나도 없다. 그러면서도 편리함, 청결함, 직원들의 친절함까지 모두 놓지지 않았다. 다만 아쉬운 것은 호텔의 위치일 뿐...

I stayed on the fourth floor. Overall clean and good. But the whole bathroom was glass, and there was not any broken or broken place, but I closed the door of the shower booth and slipped my hand and cut about two centimeters and a lot of blood flowed. The hotel lobby staff did not ask me if it was okay, not to say sorry. I would like to tell you to be careful if you have someone around the hotel.

Staff was kind & helpful. Rooms were always kept clean & they would replace our towels, bed sheets, etc! Also it is very close to the metro station which is super convenient when exploring Madrid!

I was expecting more for a 5stars hotel

The hotel itself is impressive however, we entered our room and the carpet was a very light colour and there was stains on it everywhere which made us feel like the room was not clean. The blackout blind was broken and when we reported they temp fixed it then repaired following day. Staff service was great however in our opinion the rooms require attention to detail and cleanliness standard raised.

Rooms are weird, no kettle or mirrors. No gluten free food in the restaurants only minimal at breakfast. Sky bar was absolutely rude not welcoming at all. Apart from the metro being close that is the only thing going for it. It’s a very corporate business hotel not comfy for leisure.

Room was very clean. They forgot my complimentary water bottles the first day but they showed up the next day. Be careful at the bar. If they ask your room number make sure you clear your tab all the way. I paid for everything while I was there but when I checked out there was one drink they claim I hadn’t paid for. Other than that it was a decent hotel with a great location. Very short walk to the train which really helps.

Fint værelse,vdet virkede som arkitekt var inspireret af Gaudi og the space oddesey. Fint størrelse på rummet og en sjov indretning. Dejlig rolig og pænt, samt rent

Hotel de 5 estrellas bien cuidado. La habitación espectacular.
