택시를 타고도 찾아가기 힘든 곳에 위치(좁은 골목 안) 주방엔 냄비도 없음, 주방 시설만 되어 있음, 사진 믿지 마세요, 호텔 아님니다.

지하철역 근처고 안내도 친절하고 객실이 대박. 정통 유럽식 건축물에 엄청 넓고 좋았어요.

호텔로 소개되어 있으나 아파트형임. 외부로 위치 표시가 명확히 되어 있지 않아 동네 사람들도 못찾아 헤매는 상황이 있었음. 내부는 깨끗하게 관리가 잘되어 있으며 위치도 중심지에 있어 괜찮은 곳임. 건물 외부는 너무 낡고 지저분함. 프론트가 있긴하나 1명이 근무하다 보니 비는 경우가 생기며 문이 잠긴상황에서 벨을 누르면 열어주는 형태로 되어 있어 부재시에는 황당한 경우가 발생됨.

전반적으로 깔끔하고 깨끗한 곳입니다. 전체적으로 아담하고 소박한 분위기. 가족 단위나 노부부들이 주로 많았던 것 같아요.^^ 리셉션도 친절하고 잘 안내해주었습니다. '화려한 호텔'을 기대하고 가시면 조금 실망하실 수도 있겠네요. 벨보이가 짐을 날라주고, 룸서비스를 부르고 하는 그런 분위기는 아닙니다. 위치도 jaume 1 근처라 관광하기에 편리하지만, 이 호텔은 살짝 뒷골목 분위기에 있긴 합니다.(살짝 그렇다는거지, 엄청 후미진 곳은 아니에요~^^;; ) 조용하고 소박하게 지내고 싶으신 분들에게는 좋은 곳일 듯합니다. ^^

방두개 호텔인지 모르고 혼자 썼다 깔끔한 아파트 느낌이고 간단한 요리을 할 수 있고 과일도 먹을 수있는 키친이 있다 철저히 카드키에 의해 문이 열리므로 좋다

Just one minuite distance to Cathedral and 5 minutes to La Rambla. It was a small hotel but room was the best for a family with 4. There is a separate twin bed room and a king size bed in a living room. Cooking is available. Great reception. It takes 20 minutes to the airport with less than 30 euro. Little tricky to find the hotel. .just cross from the Jaume metro and get into the left side of the road. You will find the small sign of Boria. . .20m from the Metro.

Great staff, clean, and centrally located. I almost cancelled my booking after reading some reviews, but I’m glad I didn’t. Raul and Martin were very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

We felt as if we were living in amongst a Barcelona community. The accommodation were clean and spacious, we are from Canada and are used to “North American sizes”. There was no living room but in the picture when we booked there was so we were a little disappointed about that but we would still stay here every time we visit Barcelona, it is in a perfect location, so close to everything you can walk.

Martin was an amazing host. He was always welcoming and super helpful with advice for where to go to dinner and where to head out to for a great night out. Thanks Martin!!

Outside the property, it smells like sewer. The property is very basic. Not a four star at all. Service was nice and property is clean. We stayed in a “flat”. The bathroom light wakes everyone up in the apartment and there are death-defying steps leading into and out of the bathroom making going to the bathroom at night challenging

Rude check in experience from the manager to get our trip off on a bad start. Our booking was incorrect with only 2 persons booked in a 5 person room. (Our 3 kids were not on the original reservation.) In front of other guests, the manager was very rude and aggressive toward us. We were charged for the additional people which I am fine with. However, it was not explained or done in a professional manner. All other hotel staff were more than friendly. Picture of the reservation did not match the room type or configuration. Not a big deal, but the room was not in the layout expected. Furniture in the room is too big for the space. Drawers do not open all the way and it is cramped with limited functionality. Room is poorly lit and difficult to see. There are stairs in the middle of the hallway which are tall and quite dangerous as they are central and not clearly marked.
