조금 소음이 있어요 직원은 아주 친절해요 조식 전망이 최고에요

일정상 11시30분쯤 도착해서 캐리어만 맡기고 나가려고 했는데 "아직 방이 준비되지 않았으니 라운지에 가서 차를 좀 마시고 있어라. 최대한 빨리 방을 준비해주겠다" 하고 체크인 시간도 되지않았는데 체크인하게 해주었습니다! 너무 친절해서 감동!!^^ 또한 조식먹는 라운지의 전망이 정말 멋지며 조식도 맛있습니다. 호텔이 조금 오래되어 낡긴했으나 관리는 잘 한 것 같습니다. 위치는 주요관광지를 걸어서 갈 수 있으며 중앙역, 터미널과도 가까워 매우 좋습니다. 중앙역 앞에 몬네알레 가는 버스가 있어 몬네알레 다녀오기도 편리합니다.

오래된 호텔 샴푸 보디삼푸 없음 아침식사 장소의 전망은 끝내줌. 방은 넓으나 야깐 춥고 침대시트가 눅눅했음.

It was best hotel in Palermo and also they gave me a service to carry my baggage until I go to Catania thanks and see you...

사랑스런 도시 팔레르모의 역사지구 중간 교통의 요충지에 위치해 중앙역과도 도보로 5분거리이고 콰트로콴티나 누오바문 등도 걸어서 돌아볼 수있다. 룸 업그레이드를 비롯해 호텔의 서비스나 조식도 훌륭했고 특히 옥상 테라스 식당에서 조망하는 팔레르모 아침전경은 훌륭하다. 체크아웃때 미니바 표기로 해프닝이 있던 것만 빼면 너무너무 훌륭한 호텔이었다. 강추한다.

기차역, 공항버스역이 가까운점이 좋습니다 그러나 마땅히 주차할곳이 없어서 주차하는데 정말어려움을 겪었습니다 이호텔에서 가장 맘에드는것은 옥상에서 팔레르모시내를 전망하며 식사할수있는 것이었습니다 저녁식사도 예약하고 옥상레스토랑에서 먹었는데 저녁엔 지역인들이 더 많이 오는것같습니다 아름다운 팔레르모야경을 바라보며하는식사는 환상적입니다 단점이라면 방에선 와이파이가 자꾸 끊어져서 거의 쓸수가 없었습니다

방도 청결하도 전망이 너무좋습니다. 하지만 조식은 유료 입니다.

Super central beliggenhed i gåafstand fra stationen og kort til de hyggelige gader med restauranter osv. Fantastisk tagterrasse perfekt til en aftendrink og morgenmad.

Very nice property and the location was excellent... right in the heart of the historic district. But the high point of this hotel is the restaurant. First of all excellent breakfast with a panoramic view of the city from the rooftop. And the dinner menu is outstanding... very unexpected for a hotel restaurant... highly recommended.

The room was big and beautiful and the staff were lovely. 2 things- the rooftop restaurant is very busy and everyone rides the guest elevator. If by chance the guest room hallway doors are left open, the restaurant guests can access your hotel door- which did not have an extra lock from the inside. I felt a little uneasy about this. The shower had black mould on the ceiling and in the grout. Maybe this is ok in Europe but not for me. Also no secure luggage storage. The bedding was lovely, the room amenities were nice.

Rooms where nice for Palarmo. It was on a very busy street, but good location for short walks to food, cappuccino and gelato. Staff was extremely helpful on rooms and recommendations.

Det var rent och personal var hjälpsam. Restaurang uppe på taket var frukosten intogs är helt suverän,Palermos högst belägna restaurang.

A lot of noise from the street and other other private apartments surrounding the hotel. Nice roof terrace, but can only be enjoyed if you’re using the restaurant/bar
