Great hotel. Loved the adults only rooftop pool. Much quieter than the pools downstairs. Only downside is the bar is open 11-5 but advertised in the elevators as 10:30-6.

Room was excellent, large with day space as well as bedroom. Huge balcony overlooking street. Room staff excellent and attentive, lovely. Pool area great for children, who thoroughly enjoyed. Good choice of drinks at bar and staff went and got us non alcoholic beer when we requested. Excursion staff informative and we highly rate our trip to Gozo. Reception staff very helpful, apart from when we checked in - this was rushed and lacking information. We got most information from family members who arrived before us. Hotel well located for beach. Food choices extensive and good. We had a lovely week

Lovely hotel to stay at! Lots of things to do, and in a really good location too. The room was lovely and spacious, and the cleaning staff did an amazing job (thank you Hassan!). We really enjoyed the pool and the amenities, and if we ever had a question or a concern the reception were easily accessible and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

A comfortable 3 star experiance. 4 star experience - no. Check-in was underwhelming. We arrived early and nobody offered help with luggage or directed us to storage. We were also given two different hotel info sheets with conflicting bar/café times. Guest services said they’d clarify and get back to us — 5 days later, we’re still waiting. Most useful information actually came from other guests. Very little was explained about what was included in “all inclusive”, and not everything is. Guests must wear a wristband throughout the stay to identify prepaid drinks, which felt a bit impersonal. The room was basic but functional. Housekeeping was inconsistent — some days teas/coffees and glasses were replaced, other days not. Air conditioning didn’t work properly. Corridor carpets on the 5th floor also looked very worn and dirty. Breakfast was average, but buffet lunch and dinner were disappointing and felt mass-produced. Also worth noting that all-inclusive drinks are mainly non-branded. For example, Captain Morgan and Pepsi was chargeable, while only house rum was included. The Asian and Moroccan restaurants were very good, although extra cost. A standout member of staff was Chrissy in the hotel shop, who was more helpful and informative than anyone at reception. Overall, adequate, but not what we expected from a 4-star all-inclusive hotel

A perfect holiday: excellent accommodation, fantastic food, and helpful staff. Every detail was excellent including the buffet, the dining venues, the coffee shop, and the bars. We could not ask for more. A wonderful place to go for couples and families. We will go again.

Everything is excellent including food and having multiple options of restaurants especially. Getting invoice from hotel is difficult if booked via others applications like hotels.com. Connecting with hotel is difficult as phone number not working and email takes lot of time for responding.

The staff were excellent - rooms well cleaned daily, restaurant staff friendly and efficient, reception staff knowledgeable and helpful. Plenty of choice in the buffet both for breakfast and dinner. Food of good quality.

DB San Antonio Hotel is a lovely place to stay. The room was very clean, which reflects the great effort of the cleaning staff. They were hardworking, dedicated, friendly, always smiling, and happy to help. Overall, most of the staff were very professional, helpful, and demonstrated excellent customer service skills. The dining experience was also very good, with a wide variety of food to choose from. The kitchen and dining staff—especially Nicolle, Dipendra, Puja, Pakka SH’s team, including Nirmala, Babar, and Sadar—were exceptional. They were professional, consistently offered help with a smile, and truly went above and beyond. They are highly recommended staff members. The reason I gave an overall rating of 4 stars is that there is always room for improvement. One such improvement would be upgrading the televisions in the rooms to smart TVs. The current televisions are outdated, which limits guests’ viewing options. Also the towels and robes are small. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

Todo hermoso y buen servicio.

Besökte inomhus pool under vuxen tid. Mycket folk på liten yta, de hann inte städa efter barnen. Besökte därför endast en gång 30 min på 5 dagar. Inte imponerad. Hotellets mattor i korridor är slitna, sängarna nersjunkna gamla, stopp i avlopp handfatet. Rum 205 gick ej stå och duscha då taket har en sänkt takdel. Spegel var lös i badrummet. Hotelldörrens handtag var klurigt att få ned. Balkongdörren gick så trögt att du knappt kan öppna. Personal överallt som var trevlig, hotellet behöver fräschas upp. Inte 4 stjärnor längre. Besöker jag Malta en 3:e gång så väljer jag ett annat hotell.
